“Puerto de la cruz stole our hearts !!”

“Well needed break”
Good hotel , brilliant staff .food was plentiful if a bit repetitive.rooms where spacious and cleaned daily excellent,polite,cleaners .entertainment was ok .only drawback was the parties of school children. “good, but could use some work”
I had a good experience, but I wouldn’t say it’s a four star hotel. it’s a good location. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there’s lots of shops around. If you don’t like walking this is not the hotel for you as as massive hills to get to anything which I didn’t mind. The room was clean… more
