We came during may half term, with our two children (5 and 2). This has been my favourite family holiday so far, mainly because of our family friendly the hotel was. We weren't entirely sure what to expect with the trip advisor rating (would usually go for 4.5+) but we were so impressed. Room was very clean and tidy, and perfect for us as a family, the split level worked really well. Gorgeous sea view from our balcony (floor 7). Food was great, lots of choice, fab for kids, plenty for me (gluten intolerant). Pools are amazing for children, especially the kids pool with slides. Had to go and grab sunbeds around 7.30 in the morning to be near the pool but that was fine. It was busy but what else can you expect during the school holidays. Entertainment was great for our age kids, they loved seeing Bamse and Tuibot around the pool and the disco was at a perfect time for young children too. We had one meal at the Taverna which was a lovely change from all inclusive buffet. We will definitely look at coming back.

We arrived early evening and were greeted at reception by friendly smiling staff, Checked in really quickly and went to room where we found safe was not working which was fixed by maintenance man within 30 mins (Great service). The staff were polite and welcoming and always available to help as were the TUI Reps (Nothing was too trivial for them). The whole hotel is clean and well maintained that includes rooms, pools, restaurant and gardens. There was never a night for us when we couldn't find something that we wanted to eat; the selection of mains is superb and the puddings, cakes and ice cream are lovely with a good variety of choice. There is a rule that you cannot take food from pool bar to the poolside which we thought was good however this was not enforced (Due to lack of staff) which left a few people confused when they were stopped and others were not. There are designated smoking/vapping areas which again is a good idea especially for those who do not partake or do not like the smell of tobacco. We travelled with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson; there is plenty to keep all ages occupied throughout the holiday. We will defo be going back absolutely loved this hotel. There is not really a beach to speak of and it is in a quiet area.

The hotel and the room were great, from the window you could see the ocean between the palm trees. The entire staff was very polite and willing to help. I only think that the food was not diversified enough at the time. there was nothing to eat during lunch. A small selection of fresh fruit and Spanish dishes. The biggest minus was the lack of a beach. But you could have close contact with nature and animals

“Get what you pay for”

The hotel is decent for what we paid. The drinks were good, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is decent for what we paid. The drinks were good, the entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The entertainment staff were super nice too! Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t great. I don’t believe our bed sheets were changed once during the week we were there, which was disappointing. My biggest issue was with the pool “lifeguards.” They were extremely rude, particularly the two older gentlemen. We had a whistle blown directly in our faces simply for turning a sunbed around, despite it not obstructing anyone or blocking a walkway. We also witnessed and experienced a lack of politeness from them on several occasions to other guest which I contacted the hotel about and they informed me they would deal with. The food was average and lacked variety. The afternoon food was noticeably better than the evening options. The entertainment was decent, and the surrounding area is lovely. However, due to the issues mentioned above, I personally wouldn’t return to this hotel. Also a lot of woman were topless which didn’t bother me particularly but I was surprised as it’s a family hotel full of kids.
