“Another brilliant stay at the Grand Mencey Santa Cruz”
Have stayed at this hotel several times and as always just returned from a wonderful stay. The staff are always on hand to help and are polite and friendly nothing is ever too much. Rooms clean and spacious. Location is fantastic for shopping and eating out. Good value for money.

“Hotel review”
Amazing hotel with fabulous attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants offer a variety of quality cuisine with exceptionally friendly service. Great location. This is our third visit and I am sure we will be back !

“This hotel has a old world charm.”
I always stay at this location, good rooms, great pool, gym, spa, bars and restaurant's. I visit Tenerife several times a year and always make a point of staying at this hotel. I travel the world with work and I rate this hotel and this city as well worth a visit.

“Not our favorite vacation”
The hotel was nice for our vacation. But the bed was not comfortable. You need more healthy things to eat. Employees were nice. But was not so excited being at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands. We will not visit this area again.
