“Fantastic!!!”
Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. What is there not to like. Next to a fantastic beach. Lovely walk into santander. Was mega clean, had a great sea view and was value for money. Staff on front desk were helpful and polite. Would stay here again for sure

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the moment we checked in every member of staff were really friendly. The rooms were cleaned and beds made when we returned from our day's out. “Location location”
Located across the road from the Sardinero Beach was the saving grace. Staff were not very responsive to requests and dining staff a little surly. Rooms well appointed and serviced but noise from adjoining rooms carried. View from room not very appealing.

“Santander & Hotel Hoyuela”
I'm visiting Santander for the first time for SBMT Basketball Tournament, and I must say that this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The place is lovely, situated in a beautiful location, and just a few steps away from the beach.

“Did the job”
This was an unplanned stay for one night so overall it was fine. Easy check in and out, good location for the promenade. Spacious room and bathroom. I asked for a room in a quiet part of the hotel.
