We were a 4-piece band playing for a friend's party. The accommodation suited us perfectly. The four individual rooms are clean, simple and very comfortable. Everything is well-designed and the communal kitchen/sitting area was excellent. The kitchen is stocked with a few plates and glasses and some cutlery. We would have liked to have had some simple extras like a kettle and teacups. Equipment includes an induction hob, a microwave and a fridge with a good-sized freezer compartment. There's no aircon but despite being one of the hottest weekends in the year, the rooms remained reasonably comfortable. There were a few instances of wear and tear (eg scuffed walls, loose hinges) but nothing serious. The concierge service was excellent: friendly and helpful. They were happy to store our instruments and luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. There's a basic canteen that serves excellent coffee (we didn't make breakfast!). Hours are limited. Other facilities include a large lounge where we were able to practice a few tunes, a gym, meeting rooms, laundrette and a table tennis room. A super-handy Lupa supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. And an excellent bus service will get you to the city centre in 15 minutes. We loved our stay!
