My husband and I just spent a pleasant week in a one bed sea view apartment which was well enough equipped for us. The people running the business were friendly and helpful, our kettle wasn't working and it was replaced quickly and when we asked for extra pillows they were supplied straight away. We knew we would have to do our own cleaning etc. Considering the building is quite big and on a busy road it was reasonably quiet. There is a charge of 5 euros a day per device for wifi so we went to a local cafe or the museum to use theirs for free. There was only one English world news channel on the TV but we were out a lot and when in residence enjoyed the view from the balcony, we found ourselves strangely amused by the antics of drivers in the car park across the road! We were able to park there for free but I think there may be charges in the summer. The beach is lovely and the area has plenty of places to visit.

To start from the positive side of our stay in this apartment - It was clean, has 2 bathrooms, spacious leaving room, balcony and the location is superb! What lets this apartment down is the facilities and the outdated furniture. We stayed end of October and the rates were okay but I can imagine how much they charge in the summer. The apartment needs renovation! and the furniture needs to be updated. The lifts are very small. The front door can be locked which is great but to lock the door you need to pull the door properly otherwise it can be left open. Lloret, in general, is a very safe place to visit so I had no concerns about safety and security, however, this probably needs to be looked into. Will I return to stay here again? Yes, I would if the place was renovated happily would pay £100 a night (In the summer) but if not renovated I would not pay more than £50.

“Great view from apartment balcony”

It was very well geographically placed for the beach/shops/eating places etc, the apartment my partner and I stayed was ok but very dated.... and in bad need of refurbishment, we had self-catering but had to ask for a kettle and toaster... It was very well geographically placed for the beach/shops/eating places etc, the apartment my partner and I stayed was ok but very dated.... and in bad need of refurbishment, we had self-catering but had to ask for a kettle and toaster... But, the balcony views were very impressive indeed and made the stay enjoyable...The staff were very helpful and friendly... The only thing that let it down was the very "Dated" bit...But, apart from that it was enjoyable for the money spent for the accomadiation etc.
