I love this little hotel. It's a 6 minute walk to the beach and centre and a couple of minutes to a supermarket. The fridge in the room is effective, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. You do have to pay for the use of the safe but given the cost of staying here I didn't find that unreasonable. There is no kettle in the room however if you want hot drinks It's clean, the rooms are plenty big enough for two and I have to say the reception staff are amazing, nothing has been too much trouble on either of your visits here. It's a small hotel and sometimes the dining area can be busy so I would say to give some thought to what time you dine. Food is adequate, it's not gourmet but then you're not laying for gourmet but I never struggled to find something to eat and drinks in the dining area are reasonably priced at dinner, again the staff are friendly and work hard. Bar staff are similarly friendly and offer great service. The pool is clean and well maintained and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop adult only area, although it would be nice to be able to activate the spa jets on demand. I love the location, out of the main hussle but easily walkable to the centre and the bus station if you want to venture out. Now I've read some scathing reviews on this hotel so I'll say this. It's not a premium hotel experience but that's hardly surprising given the cost and I think it represents great value, I'm not a stay in the hotel all day or only eat in the hotel sort of person and if you are and you want premium this isn't the place for you but if you want a clean, comfortable base where you can eat if you want to and the service is responsive then I'd reccomend it. I've also heard some grumbles about cleaning staff being rude or cleaning poorly, I've always found my room to be well cleaned and I think the cleaners are decent people and friendly, I'm not fluent in Spanish which likely affects communicstion but that's my fault not theirs.

We had a wonderful 7-day holiday! The location of the hotel is excellent: the main attractions are only about 10 minutes away, the beach is approximately a 7-minute walk, and several shops are within 5 minutes of the hotel. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are three swimming pools: a hot jacuzzi, a rooftop pool, and a saltwater pool with no chlorine smell. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious. We would also like to highlight the massage service, which offers excellent value for money. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would especially like to thank and recognize the entire hotel staff ❤️ Restaurant staff – you are the best! ❤️ Always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. Thank you for making every meal a pleasant experience. Bar staff ❤️ – we were amazed by the level of cleanliness and service. You kept not only the bar and tables spotless but also the entire pool area. Absolutely outstanding work! ❤️ The reception team is always ready to help and can resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to the housekeeping team ❤️. You do your job exceptionally well and are always kind, helpful, and responsive. We would also like to acknowledge the hotel manager, who does an outstanding job, supports the staff, and is always willing to help the team in every way possible. P.S. Firstly this is a fairly new hotel and consequently the place is well maintained in appearance. The location is easy access to both the main town and the beautiful walks in the surrounding hills. The staff are almost without exception happy to help and create an experience to raise the modern, minimalist interior of the building. A few negatives. The dinner menu was a little unimaginative and choice from evening to evening arather repetitive compared to other 4 star hotels we have used in the area. I did report the fact that the extractor fans in the room were not working but this was still not resolved by the end of the stay. There is no comfort room or facilities for use between check out and eventual departure. An issue for those with a late flight. Final tip , to avoid the uninspiring and overlooked view shared by the rooms to the rear, do book a room with a pool view

My sister and I stayed at GHT Sa Riera in Tossa de Mar for five nights and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the beautiful old town, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed on a half-board basis. As a vegetarian, I initially found the food options somewhat limited. However, after speaking with the restaurant manager, the situation improved significantly. He was very attentive and even took the time to show me the additional vegetarian dishes that had been prepared, which I greatly appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Adrianna on reception, who consistently went out of her way to assist with any questions or requests. The pool area was lovely and well maintained, and there was never any difficulty finding available sunbeds. Tossa de Mar itself is a charming, clean town with a relaxed atmosphere. The nightlife is fairly low-key, centred mainly around restaurants and a few bars, which suited us perfectly. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend both the hotel and Tossa de Mar as a holiday destination.
