Great hotel. Very central. 1 min to start of promenade and beach.Beautiful walks at each end of prom where you can walk onto next cove. Looks like South France. Amazing views. Water sports on this beach also. Lots shops and restaurants nearby. Apt was spotless and was cleaned daily with linen and towels replaced. Had everything in the kitchen if you wanted a light lunch/brekkie. Had buffet dinner one evening as it was raining but not great. Wouldn't like to be eating that there all week. Could get pizzas, chips etc at bar pool. Friendly staff at reception and very helpful with information. Slides are great at pool which are a bonus. One had the double rings which was cool. Entertainment at night at 9pm but we missed as we were shopping. One night was very funny. 5 mins taxi to waterpark. Would recommend a stay here.

We had a week stay in the Rosamar Gardens and it was great. We have a 4 year old boy and he loved the pools, as recent comments have said the lifeguards are great. The animation team were good, with the mini disco and kids club. The cleaners are in every day with fresh towels and bottles of water(this was so handy when having to boil bottled water for baby’s bottles, it saved us a bit of money🙂) the staff were very friendly. Now for the food.. breakfast was actually fine- there was a good selection, the lunch was ok too you had choices of breads, salads, ham, cheese, chips burgers, the dinners were only ok to be honest, there was a bit of a selection.. but not a great selection for picky eaters or ‘beige’ eaters. My little boy mostly just ate chips.. there was chicken nuggets only one night, no sausages. They did have plain pasta too and pizza. They did burgers one night, but had no buns or cheese 🙃 if you aren’t very fussy then it may suit you. The evening entertainment wasn’t the best. The magic show was good and the circus show but that was it really. Outside the hotel the road is a bit uneven and my little boy fell twice (not the hotels fault at all) but just to be careful if you have little ones running around.Just for the food and entertainment I’m giving 4 stars but everything else was great.. Friendly staff, very clean, and a great location.

“Our family holiday at Rosemar Gardens”

Got back from here on Friday, we had a amazing week, the rooms was basic but clean! The only problem with us was the over cover was just a thin sheet, first night i was freezing. After that I asked reception for 3 blankets for me my husband and kids. Reception was always helpful and happy to answer… more

Got back from here on Friday, we had a amazing week, the rooms was basic but clean! The only problem with us was the over cover was just a thin sheet, first night i was freezing. After that I asked reception for 3 blankets for me my husband and kids. Reception was always helpful and happy to answer our questions. Enough do to in the hotel with kids.. pools, games room, slides, parks, mini golf, little boats, arcade, kids club. My daughter loved the mini disco at night (shes 3) but not so much my son at 12 years old. I found there wasnt great entertainment for older kids or adults. Food for all inclusive wasnt bad, different options each night, enough to chose from. The location was brilliant close to the beach & the shops.

“Not accommodating towards allergies”

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let’s start with the good bits. This was a good option for a first family holiday, pirate ship was great fun, rooms were average just had what you needed, bed was comfy, food for ppl without allergies was very good (I’ll get to the allergy later), pool was cold but honestly fine if it’s really sunny and slides looked really fun (we didn’t go on any). Indoor pool was a big hit with our toddler as she got cold very quickly in the outdoor pool and sauna was amazing for us adults. Now the not so great bits was the overall attitude towards my daughter dairy allergy from the manager. I had contacted jet2 prior to flying asking them to get into contact with the hotel requesting a list of their standard buffet food that had dairy in it, I also asked for the same. That list was not provided. When we arrived they acted like they hadn’t been contacted twice about her allergy and said that since the buffet changes they can’t make a list. What they could do if have a sign above each food item stating if they have allergens just like the do to let people know if it’s spicy or if it contains pork, so to me that just seems lazy. I also overheard another person crying to the manager as they gave her son food they had already told them he was allergic to as they offered to make him food separately. They offered the same for us and just gave us a bowl of pasta as they pasta they serve is coated in butter 😑 We have very little options of food for her as there was not any dairy alternatives aside from soya milk and all deserts apart from jelly had dairy in. We had to purchase our own snacks and milk for her from outside of the hotel which we suspected we would have to but our 2 year old daughter ended up living off of fruit, rice, chips and paella as almost everything else in the buffet had dairy in it or on it. I personally think in this day and age all hotels especially when you pay for all inclusive like we have they should be more accommodating towards allergies and have a vegan & vegetarian section Oh and the entertainment was great for anyone aged 0-6 as they only sang songs with the kids no shows, tricks, games etc but was still good to watch the mini disco, our little one loved it
