For the price I payed for this all inclusive experience it was well worth it, don’t judge too much from the bad reviews as I feel these people just expected far too much for what they paid. Here are they key details you need to know If travelling with transport bare in mind that the closest stop they drop you at is around a 7 minute walk to the actual hotel The hotels works on a token basis meaning on arrival you give a 2 euro deposit (per token)and receive a token which you can exchange for a drink at the bar , there is a list displayed on the bar for which drinks are included in the all inclusive experiences e.g spirits,cocktails,beers once you’ve finished your drink and return the cup the token is exchanged back There is a train station right outside the hotel which is perfect for travelling to Barcelona or various locations The food was lovely and was very fish heavy but with additional meals served along side beautifully cooked and always a different variety of fish and meats The breakfast was the same standard each morning a choice from meat eggs pancakes bacon all the ingredients to make the perfect full breakfast In addition there are 3 coffee machines which are only available during the morning period so bare that in mind during dinner and lunch they do switch the machines off Overall again for the price you pay the food included was amazing Our room came with 2 key cards meaning we was able to leave one in at all times so that the air con remained on and was nice and cool upon return Lovely shower facilities well stocked with toilet roll and shampoo and hand soap provided also along with fresh towels everyday from house keeping We had a balcony with sliding door Please bare in mind the aircon does switch off when you open the door Balcony comes with drying rack and table and chairs Location is beautiful lots of shops and bars restaurants surrounded and a lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk away with a cut through walkway and a beach bar available at the other end again please bare in mind that the drinks available at the beach bar vary to what’s available at the bar you can get a soda or a beer but no cocktails available at beach bar only in the hotel Bar Overall we really enjoyed our experience and for the price you really can’t argue with that

I feel I need to review this hotel after reading some negative ones to the point it almost stop be going. This is actually a lovely hotel and clearly as its peek of the summer it's very busy. We arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm to get in our rooms but were given are all inclusive bands which we could use straight away. There is air con throughout the hotel and in the rooms which was very much needed in the heat. The staff were very friendly and there was a lovely Spanish/English lady on reception who was amazing. Sadly I didn't get her name but she was my go to person if I needed anything. Ok, the bedrooms... they were clean and roomy and we had a pool view which had a small balcony. There is fab air con and a little mini fridge with some water, soft drinks and beers which were responsibly priced. What I would say is missing from the rooms is some drawers, although there was a small wardrobe it had 6 hangers between 2 of us and because there was no where else to put clothes we literally lived out of our suitcase which wasn't ideal: if I was there for 7 days or longer that would be a bit of a nightmare. The pool... the side of the restaurant has the sun all day and it does come round to the other side late afternoon. For the first time no one was rushing for sunbeds at 9am which was nice, however I did notice some people put towels on the beds and then disappear for 4-5 hours which is unfair on others who then come looking for beds. It's a shame there is a not little poolside bar and that would of just topped off the holiday for us as you had to go back inside to the hotel and into the bar area to get a drink. One thing I will say is that the animation team that are around the pool completly ignored us brits when it came to any games etc and just focused on the Spanish/french. That may had more to do of a language barrier but was a shame as we would of joined in had we been asked. You do have to pay 2 euro for a token in order to get your glass for your all inclusive drinks which you get back at the end of your holiday. The restaurant had a good variety of food each night including fresh meat, salads etc and desserts. The snack bar is actually left over breakfast and lunch. The beach is stunning and a few mins walk and there is a beach bar there which is included if you are all inclusive: The evening entertainment was either a disco or magician which was good if you had children. All in all we enjoyed this holiday and we were a a group of 5 woman in our 40-50s. Ignore the negative comments and judge for yourself.

on arrival the outside courtyard was filthy tables full of glasses ashtrays full ash everywhere not a good start Reception area clean well maintained staff were pleasant enough we arrived early 1130am our room wasn’t ready but we was issued our all inclusive bands so could use facilities, once again pool area in need of maintenance mismatched sun beds very crowded not for us at all. Restaurant was refurbished and pleasant only thing hardly anything was labelled hadn’t a clue what we was eating and it was Luke warm and snack bar not worth visiting When we went back to reception at 130 was told our room was a street view my husband quickly upgraded to a sea view 35 euros The room was basic we had everything we needed but not the cleanest view was sea once you got past the train station bed was comfy and air con worked bathroom clean Bar area and bar staff were pleasant all inclusive drinks ok not much choice entertainment was minimal dj every night We slept ok with ear plugs in could hear trains early morning to late evening Surrounding area malgrat town was lovely overall 4 night stay was ok as a base lovely pub 2 min walk away the anchor
