We were getting dissatisfied with our habitual hotel down the road in Santa Susanna when we started looking for an alternative hotel for our subsequent trip with the key 'adults only' criterion at the top of the list. We decided to check the hotel out, and found it easily enough on the main Paseo Marítimo and went to reception as blow-ins with a few questions . Ayoub and Nuría couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I have some recently acquired mobility issues, so Ayoub gave us an in-depth tour of the hotel, taking in all the facilities and services on offer, as well as showing us a typical room. As we'd made a preliminary reservation before our visit, he told us he'd make sure the room - especially the bathroom would be adequate for my needs. We spoke to Ayoub about wheelchairs etc as our usual hotel has one we can borrow for the duration of our stays, and he explained the relationship the hotel has with a local company to hire such stuff. The prices were very reasonable, so we decided to try the service and as promised, the items we requested had been delivered prior to our check in. Basics covered. One less thing to worry about. Our room was spacious and the bathroom perfect as had been promised. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The welcome gift was a very pleasant surprise! We were also at the back of the hotel so when they had live music by the pool, we couldn't hear anything once we closed the room door. The service in general was excellent - we only had accommodation but everyone we spoke to, especially at reception was super nice and helpful. The ony slight problem I had was with the bar staff around the pool area - the guys who served me/us were great, but there was one girl who seemed to look through me when I was trying to order and seemed more interested in adjusting her sleeve to make her tattoos more visible (unprofessional look in my opinion) and doing inconsequential things rather than serving. She was also responsible for bringing the bill - not asked for - almost immediately after bringing the drinks. No explanation given, so seemed as if she wanted us to leave before we'd thought about any further drinks. Pool was nice. Smaller than we're used to but it was fine. Easy access and great to cool down in, Any aspiring Olympians might be better looking elsewhere, but nice depth, good temperature and great for a chilled half hour. Location is great. We know the area well and the fact that we can get the bus straight from BCN to the back of the hotel is very convenient. Thanks to everyone and we'll hopefully be back soon.

“Lovely hotel! Staff and location -recommend.”

All the good: First impressions good, clean, staff lovely, rooms are well equipped and comfy, air con is good and easy to use. Food is good, staff are attentive even when really hot, pool is clean and refreshing, sunbeds plentiful, lots of places to sit that weren’t sunbeds- shaded sofas and table… more

Food is good, staff are attentive even when really hot, pool is clean and refreshing, sunbeds plentiful, lots of places to sit that weren’t sunbeds- shaded sofas and tables with parasols… entertainment was mixed an fun - flamenco was amazing… Short walk to a beautiful beach, lots of good value restaurants- tapas are very good, the train station 1km from the hotel, you can get to Barcelona and other beaches… €28 return for two adults…from Malgret to Barcelona… about a third of the price equivalent UK journey… air con on train too… Not so good: Smokers everywhere… put us off outside… Breakfast a bit limited…ok though. Adult only but you’re going to have younger adults that slam doors at all hours…and next door hotel and local residents apartments making lots of noise too… (not too much issue though)

“Experience”

Very nice modern hotel for adults only..🤗right on the promenade,beautifully clean rooms,also Dolce gusto in room with tea and coffee capsules.Buffets large selection. Only the way to the beach leads throught a public underpass.
