“Lovely little family break”

“My expectations were not met.”
The hotel is too crowded and the food leaves much to be desired. The entire hotel, including the rooms and pools, needs to be renovated. it is certainly not what I expected from a four-star hotel. The staff and the entertainment are excellent.
