Hotel location very good close to all amenities, shops and bars and entertainment. Rooms very spacious but a little basic no kettle for a tea or coffee before the day starts, bathroom large and roomy also. Cleanliness was ok not an every day cleaner comes in but you can put a sign on your door if you did want your room cleaned. We went bed and breakfast, what we had at breakfast was good and plenty of the only downside is the rude clientele but you can’t change that. Pool area was a great part of this hotel loads of sun loungers and no towel hoggers here so you could get a lounger even when you came down at midday. Entertainment staff we saw only 2 off them they was good and did there best to entertain at certain parts of the day. The hotel next door (The Alhambra) which I think is 5 star there music is very loud at night until midnight so if you want to sleep before that then maybe not the place for you. But we liked the music. Reception staff were very good very attentive and when asked questions very polite and happy to help. The beach is under an under bridge in front of the hotel but once there it’s very beautiful and lots of room and bars and restaurants/shops. If you venture 5 mins walk to the back of this hotel you have wonderful views of the mountains this is stunning, also a wonderful splash park open 11am-2pm then 4pm-10pm. Carrefour and shopping centres with McDonald’s and Burger King 10-15 mins walk away if not a taxi 7 euro. All in all a pleasant little 5 day break. We would come back to this hotel if we was having another short break 😁

We have just returned from a good week at this hotel. So many positives: Great location Family room excellent size, comfortable and great cleanliness Pool enjoyable but no shade after late morning which spoilt it. Great daily activities for all the family around the pool - the two activity leaders were amazing. Restaurant enjoyable food, but spoilt by the clientele who did not seem to follow any rules. Nice bar including serving drinks at the pool - on the main this was OK but the level of service did vary quite dramatically. Reception staff - majority excellent showing great customer service, helpfulness and kindness. This was however spoilt by one specific member of staff - when you ask a hotel reception for advice you do not expect to be given the most basic advice and then have a tip tin shoved in your face. His behaviour and rudeness continued for the remainder of our stay which was unfortunate as everyone else was so lovely.

“Security non existent here”

Guest safety in this hotel is non existent. A family member got two mobiles and a bank card stolen from under a sunbed at the poolside. Guest safety in this hotel is non existent. A family member got two mobiles and a bank card stolen from under a sunbed at the poolside. Chap on reception was very patronising and it was clear he did not like being challenged about the utter rubbish he spouted about cctv. Thankfully my working knowledge surpassed his ignorance. He spoke to another female on reception (who was very understanding) in Spanish obviously so I could not hear what they were discussing. I witnessed young guests asking for a card for their room without being questioned - the card was for a friend’s room. I thought they got their act together when we had to leave luggage in the hotel due to a late flight. Sticker on luggage with number and a corresponding ticket to keep with the same number. However the little hope I had was soon dashed when I asked to access the room for my luggage and no checks were done - I could have taken any suitcase! All that said, the hotel was clean and food nice. Location was ideal too. It’s the lack of security that lets this hotel down. They need to seriously get their act together in respect of guest security and safety.
