We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely return. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers excellent facilities. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a train station nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every morning. We also found the reception staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were two disappointing experiences that left a bitter taste. First, despite placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door for three consecutive days, housekeeping still entered our room. I also informed the reception that we did not wish to be disturbed, yet this request was ignored. Privacy is very important, and I believe this should be respected. The second incident was even more upsetting. While I was eating in the restaurant, one staff member suddenly grabbed my plate out of my hands before I had even finished. When I pointed out that I was still eating, she put it back down abruptly, spoke to me in an irritated tone, and displayed a completely inappropriate attitude. I had done nothing to provoke this—I hadn’t even looked at or spoken to her beforehand. I work in hospitality myself, so I truly understand how demanding and stressful this industry can be. I know there are good days and difficult days, and I understand the pressure staff are under. I also deal with challenging customers from time to time. However, I would never take my frustration out on an innocent guest. I only react when someone is disrespectful or abusive towards me or my team. For this reason, I found this interaction particularly disappointing. That said, these experiences did not overshadow the peaceful and relaxing holiday we had. It was exactly the kind of quiet getaway we were looking for. A special mention also goes to the beds—they are enormous (essentially two double beds together) and incredibly comfortable. We slept exceptionally well every night. Thank you for an otherwise lovely stay. We will certainly be back.

Room very nice cleaned everyday, pool and bar lovely. The restaurant was very poor long queue for entry. And a free for all to get food. Time you que and get back to table food cold.other than this ok ok.

This hotels location is beautiful but that's about it. Beach front. Rooms are OK, but cleaning is hit & miss, many days, the bathroom & floors are left uncleaned with just towels being left & beds just made Balconies are not cleaned ashtrays are not emptied, This leads to dirty balconies as the wind blows the ash around even from other rooms. Corridors are very dusty & messy. The glass areas are not cleaned. Reception staff nice, manager is brilliant at fixing problems.l, She is an asset to this hotel but needs to get on top of the cleaniness of rooms & communal areas. Breakfast is chaotic, Queues are ridiculous. Food is not refilled quickly enough coffee machines not all working, leading to more queues, food cold or lukewarm. Pastries are nice but need more selection, again not refilled quickly enough. glad we didn't book any other meals as lunch & dinner queues are crazy long. Could do with a good restaurant offering paying customers an alternative to going out to eat. The facilities are just not big enough for the amount of people here. The pool is lovely & there's plenty of sunbeds. English is in the minority here but staff speak English fine which is great as we English are lazy when it comes to language. Pool toilets need cleaning more often as they are very dirty due to frequent use. Pool bar efficient & prices not too bad. All lifts in good working order when we were here although one went out of action but was repaired really quickly. Entertainment is inside at the moment usual spanish offerings. Not great but something to watch need more going on a bit earlier & more during the day to stop people going out & spending their money elsewhere, there are plenty of shops & restaurants around but many fast food, chips with everything. We have found prices are higher here than in other resorts for both food & drinks. Tvs in lounge only show promotion for the hotel, so no sport shown . Tunnel to reach hotel, due to train track ,no coaches can stop outside but not too far to walk. Taxis are fine. This area is mainly French, Dutch & spainish holiday makers so the food offered in surrounding restaurants refect that. I think its 4* rating is too high but location on the beachfront is lovely. Wouldn't return but that's because of the resort as well as the hotel. Just not enough going on for us to return & prices too high.
