We are currently staying at the hotel, just had lunch which was nice, plenty of fresh fruit, salad, coleslaws and had a lamb chop with peppers and chips, on the whole we have always found something nice to eat. We have been here 4 days, the entertainment has been good, we are all adults but the kids looked like they were having fun with the children’s entertainment. Our hotel room is standard and a bit small but clean. The hotel is very clean and though dated we like its rustic look. The pool and around it is clean. We have always managed to get a sun bed though a lot of people reserve their beds the night before with their towels! Value for money without a doubt. 80 percent of the staff are polite and helpful. We have booked on a day trip to Barcelona through reception who were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for a bargain break.

“3rd time back here”

This would have been the 3th time coming back . When we checked in reception staff very helpful especially hasan couldn’t do enough for use especially cause there was a mix up with our booking but he sorted it in no time . This would have been the 3th time coming back . When we checked in reception staff very helpful especially hasan couldn’t do enough for use especially cause there was a mix up with our booking but he sorted it in no time . Room are standard everything you need in them and room got cleaned everyday which was a pulse and accommodation staff were very friendly . Food side of it was ok and meet selection has changed since last year the meet selection was very poor but there was loads of salads and fruit chip and kids selection was very good and Eddie and Rabia down in the restaurant was very friendly and victor down in the restaurant was very rude . The staff behind the bar was very nice Always nice and especially karim and in the bar in the evening u could see there were under staffed two of them behind the bar and expect to go collect cup the token system that used to be there was way better cause people just leaving cup everywhere . And just something to add that there was no first aid kit in reception which there should be .but overall the staff were nice and friendly and the lack of food would have been a big let down .it just need some improvement as this would have been my 3rd time back it was also a plus that there was a bus to beach the pool area was very clean and the pool bar which you could get toastie and hot dogs and burgers and there is a great kids pool area which is so ideal and there is entertainment at night is well for the kids and there is also a games room is well
