A lovely clean modern hotel, buffet food and bar snacks were gorgeous with plenty of choices (The Tuna Salad and Bikini HamCheese toasties were sumptuous!). Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond sorting out a small issue with a curtain, and helping my wife carry a bottle of Cava to our room, without hesitation, wonderful. A lovely family pool area suitable for couples and families, with plenty of beds to choose from. Beds are not allowed to be reserved, which took the usual early morning stress away from worrying about getting a bed of choice (Which was rigidly enforced by the life guardpool attendant.) The only problem was that couples who left their towels whilst eatingdrinking at the poolside bar, sometimes found that their towels and personal belongings had been removed, a simple check at the bar area would have cleared things up and prevented any misunderstandings, Management please take note. Our room was smart, clean and had a lovely modern bathroom and a balcony with plenty of room. The price was reasonable and only a 10-15 minute walk down into the centre of Tossa de Mar, the Castle, the beach and all of gorgeous restaurants who all served locally caught produce, it was a gastronomic feast, and the Tapas were to die for!! A TrainBus service stopped outside the hotel which ran every 45 minutes, and was great to use on the hotter days and very cheap to use and their tickets were for return journeys too! The Fireworks display at the end of their special festival (Ended 1st July) was spectacular. A beautiful traditionally Spanish resort, great food, great for families, sightseeing, and boat trips off the beach to other resorts. Tossa de Mar is like traveling back in time to a more innocent time, where tourists are catered for with a smile, but the resort hasn’t lost any of its identity or charm, and you can find quaint little bars and restaurants to enjoy your evening’s in, eating fine food and enjoying sampling their fine local wines, endlessly entertaining and relaxing at the same time, a wonderful holiday resort and a great hotel and spa, wonderful!

Hotel is well taken care of, rooms are good and cleaning staff and restaurant staff are excellent. It’s a short 5 minute walk into town (many restaurants, shops, bars) and 10 minutes to the beach. Food is good for breakfast, average for dinner (salad bar, one item on the grill, basic pastas). If you’re without kids yon’ll probably want to head into town to eat. Pool is average size, loads of sun beds, no balls or inflatables allowed). Allow lots of time for check in and out as anything involving the front desk takes absolutely ages. It would be good for the hotel to update their towel for the pool policy. Currently you need to pay a 10E deposit in cash - most customers didn’t have cash available and were left short or paying fees to withdraw cash on credit cards which is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Currently staying here! Hotel itself and most staff are fantastic! Only down fall is the lifeguard on duty, not very nice. You are not allowed balls in the pool not even soft balls to play games, not allowed rubber rings or lilos, not allowed to dive in the pool and only allowed to jump in when it suits them. This is not all the lifeguards as the blonde female lifeguard is lovely and will let you have fun and allow you to enjoy your holiday. If this is meant to be an Adults hotel and not suitable for family's then please advertise this as this ruins the holiday for everyone. There are many family's staying here who are having the same experience! May I add we are not allowed balls and to have fun, but the entertainer was allowed to arrange ball games! This is very contradicting! Also the pool isn't even that busy so you are not harming anyone. We stayed here last year and this didnt happen hence why we came back. Everyone else from the reception staff to the bar staff, cleaners and dining room staff, especially the manger in the dining room are brilliant. The male life guard really let's down the whole experience and he even goes out of his way to put extra signs up and chase you round the pool to ruin your holiday and fun. Extremely disappointed by this as are others! Not great for people that spend alot of money to have a great holiday and are not causing any harm! Please sought this out before it ruins your hotel!
