The room was perfectly cool with comfy beds and good shower pressure. The location is perfect, so close to the beach you can see the sea from the rooftop pool! Having drinks during sunset at the rooftop bar was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly, and Tim went above and beyond! Very happy and would definitely return and recommend to a friend. The food was good, more vegetarian options during dinner would’ve been appreciated. Overall it was good quality, breakfast is a must.

We stayed here in October 2019. The hotel is comfortable and in a very convenient situation for all the amenities in Lloret de Mar. It is easy to walk down to the beach, bus station and the ferry to Tossa de Mar or Blanes. We found the hotel comfortable and clean. The food was varied and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and a bar on the sixth floor from which you can look out over the town towards the sea. We had a superior room which was at the front of the hotel and the balcony caught the sun all day. The room was very comfortable and serviced well. There was a fridge which was convenient for keeping things cool. Being October the air conditioning seemed to be turned off which we have found to be the case in other hotels at this time of year. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe if the weather had been colder which we didn’t need because it was warm. The towels were changed daily and the bedding was changed during the week. We would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again if we go to Lloret de Mar again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and had an amazing stay overall. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach which we found to be very useful as we were on the amazing beach everyday. There are several decent shops on this 5 minute walk which allowed us to get all the supplies we needed. The hotel was cleaned as we needed it and we had a very nice room with a very nice bed. The food was very good which a wide range of things to eat everyday for breakfast and dinner. Overall it was a very nice place to go and we are considering returning again

“4th visit for the 4th year on trot. Still needs updating though.”

I returned to this hotel for the 4th year on the trot as I know the staff are friendly and food usually very good. I requested 2 top floor rooms as I.m a dreadful sleeper so was pleased on arrival to be given 2 top floor rooms. Unfortunately my room was next to the 3 lifts. Yes, I could ask for a room change but as hotel was fully booked I would probably have been given a room on a lower floor. The noise from the 3 lifts for about 17.5 hours a day was unbearable even with earplugs. I would often have a lot to drink to try to get a little sleep. I could also hear either the extraction fan coming from the kitchen or possibly other peoples air cons. I had very little sleep in my 10 night stay. We could smell on a daily basis food from the kitchen 5 floors below possibly from extraction fan. Positive note, cleaners always very friendly and do a good job, Bed hard but comfy but rooms still basic for 4 star. Restaurant staff still speak little English but are very friendly. Food usually very good and was good most times but bananas on 2 or 3 occasions were rotten and although food replaced often, could be cold at times. I said last year I probably wouldn't return but as I loved the food and the staff it swung it for me. I wasn't as happy this time though. It.s a hotel where guests return year after year as I remember faces from previous years so they are obviously doing something right but as my 1st 2 years, the guests were more mature, this year especially, a lot more younger guests and families, surprising really after they.ve just had a huge 7 week summer break. I did enjoy my visit again, the weather was brilliant but I really don't think I.ll be returning next year but never say never.
