I just returned from a week’s all inclusive and there are lots of positives. The whole hotel is clean and new and fresh. The rooms are really spacious and set up nicely. The fridge doesn’t actually keep anything cold (a problem when you need milk for toddlers) but there’s a great hair dryer and kettle etc, spacious patios with sun loungers. (Not very private but usually peaceful) The food was fine - could be a bit same-y but not more than any other all inclusive. We ate out a few times in local area. But the restaurant was lovely and never too busy or crowded. Lunch in the pool bar area was always too busy as everyone was trying to get in the tiny room at same time. But the pizza was always a winner. Drinks were good and lots of variety including for kids. Plenty of free ice cream. The entertainment had lots going on, polo, water carpet , inflatables, pool party , bingo during the day. The evening had a mini disco for little kids and we saw a few shows. But also in a very busy resort to explore too. The main down side and the only reason I won’t return- sunbeds. There were nowhere near enough sunbeds. The emblem people would also be round the pool as it was for kids instead of the emblem area. You had to queue from 9:30 for sunbeds and then people would run in and climb walls and all sorts- ridiculous! The manager came down each morning to try and sort it out after lots complained but all she did was kick people off the baby pool sun beds and make them queue, even though there was never an issue there. One morning I was 3rd in the queue and didn’t get a sunbed because of all the people running in from gaps in the fence etc. the whole morning became stressful with someone always having to queue for half an hour and spoilt the whole experience for us. If they invest in double the amount of sunbeds the hotel would be fabulous. The pools are brilliant, especially the pirate ship for toddlers. Hopefully the problems are fixable as the hotel is beautiful,

“Good but get ready for the sunbed race.”

Firstly, this hotel is good. Rooms are excellent and general maintenance is good across the hotel. Its a little out the main drag but thats a good thing. Firstly, this hotel is good. Rooms are excellent and general maintenance is good across the hotel. Its a little out the main drag but thats a good thing. We went self catering and upgraded to breakfast. Spoke to many on AI and they foind the food repetitive and it just lacks a bit of quality. By day 3...we were bored of the breakfast. Many liked it....mountains of plated fried breakfasts laced with Nutella...you know the script. One really annoying thing is the unfortunate sunbed race derby at 10am each morning. This probably spoilt our overall view of the hotel with families sprinting through the gates to get sunbeds. Many family taking 4 or 5 sunbeds each for toddlers and young kids who spent most of the time in the pool. Often sunbeds were taken at 10am and never used until 1pm or later. We only ever took 2 for the while family. Was hard watching new families just arriving to discover they can't get a space near the pool and no shade from the sun. Its sad but if high season you may need to join the circus at 10am. Service at reception is fab, Jose the best for me. Restaurant staff look tired and dont really interact. Animation need investment as equipment for games very poor. Night time doesnt really have a buzz as the bar is more like a corporate lounge....but its not a place with tacky acts either....just doesn't flow at nights....the harbour is magical and has a great vibe in the evenings. So do go but get ready to race for a sunbed in high season. Thanks.

“Great resort, few teething problems....”

The resort itself is stunning. But there are teething problems need sorting out. Housekeeping and the staff there just needs to be more and better. And the entertainment was DIRE. The resort itself is stunning. But there are teething problems need sorting out. Housekeeping and the staff there just needs to be more and better. And the entertainment was DIRE. It's very orientated towards kids the whole evening. There's nothing for the adults. Really no entertainment in the evenings for the adults at all. And they really need to sort the sunbed situation out - there's plenty of room for double the amount of sunbeds but they just dont have enough for everyone.
