To start this review is based on the hotels current 3 star rating and the fact the hotel was obviously not at full occupancy. Firstly we loved it and wouldn't hesitate to return. The could be improved stuff 1st. Virtually zero tv channels in english (Get over it i'm on holiday) Lack of wine glasses at meal times not helped by people using them for the lager. (Get over it use a tumbler) Room was dated although i think the hotel is slowly revamping them. Lack of an onsite shop. (5 mins walk to nearest shop) Zero cuttlery in the room. (Not really an issue being all inc. But a teaspoon to make a brew would be nice.) The good stuff . Staff were fantastic!!! very cheerful, happy to help. all in all lovely people.Dont believe the negative reviews they're fab. Food was over and above what we expected. Various different options at all meal times. Honestly some of the best fish ive had anywhere ever.. Better than any other 3 star all inc ive been to including the Arena Beach. Rooms cleaned every other day without having to ask by lovely hard working cleaning staff. If your not bothered about a full clean, They're happy to provide towels and toilet roll if required. Pool areas looked very clean and smart never had an issue getting a sunbed if we wanted one. A couple of great kiddies pools for the little ones. Although the room was a bit dated and there wasnt much tv to watch while the missus mucks about getting ready. it was spacious and perfectly functional. There was no sofa bed just a weird 2 mattress large wooden side thingy. There were 2 arm chairs to sit comfortably but not sure where the kids would sit should you have them. Good sized furnished balcony. We saw no building works taking place whilst we were there 15 -25 April Cant really comment on the bar service or the entertainment of an evening as we had friends stopping locally so were out most nights. When we did use the pool bar or evening bar never really experienced much queuing. If we did it was for a few minutes at the most. All in all a great hotel for a 3 star and the price paid and looks like the new owners are continuing to improve.

We have just arrived home from a week here, 2 adults 2 kids. Without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we holiday every year. Facilities are of the highest quality, well cleaned and well maintained, food was very good and always something to choose from. Staff were very kind and helpful. The sauna is a must in my opinion, its 9 euro for one visit, are 15 for 2 visits, I can't recommend this highly enough, I sauna everyday and this one is without doubt the best sauna I've ever been in. We are gona book again for August as we found the hotel really nice and the area very peaceful and beautiful. My advice to any1 thinking of booking here is to just book it and go see for yourself, u won't regret it. Wee tip for any1 going, there's a lovely wee bar about a 5 minute walk from the hotel called the flinstones, enjoy.
