Lovely Stay at Arguineguín Park by Servatur ☀️ We had a fantastic stay at Arguineguín Park by Servatur and, for us, it was the best self-catering accommodation we’ve experienced. The apartment was beautiful — clean, spacious, and really well equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogán, Maspalomas, and lots of lovely places to explore. We were a family of four with children aged 16 and 10, so we wanted somewhere that offered more than just pool days, and this was ideal. There are plenty of things to do nearby, including karting, jet skis, beautiful beaches, Mogan Mall, and lots of great places to eat. The only downsides for us were that the pool area opens at 10am. Although this is early for some, our kids like to be up and enjoying the sunshine, so we would have preferred earlier access. The pool is also quite small considering the size of the complex. However, this wasn’t a major issue — if we couldn’t get a sunbed, we simply headed to the beach instead. If you want a bed at Arguineguín Beach, get there early, and Anfi Beach starts getting busy from around 9am. The on-site Spar shop was really handy, and the buses were a great and affordable way to get around. Taxis were also reasonably priced and easy to find. A few extra tips: * If you enjoy a good curry, visit Aunty’s Kitchen in Puerto Rico — it’s small and easy to miss, but definitely worth finding! * The pool rules are quite strict: only rubber rings are allowed and no ball games. * Evenings are very quiet, so bring a pack of cards or something to keep you entertained if you enjoy a bit of evening fun. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend Arguineguín Park by Servatur for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable base with plenty to explore nearby.

Lovely place. Super clean, friendly staff, calm and beautiful surroundings. The apartment (premium 2 bedrooms) was really nice and spacious. Big balcony, nice kitchen (perfectly equipped) and good beds. The adult only pool area is very nice. Small minuses: The pool bar at the adult pool area is very expensive, and the “no reservation of sun beds” is not respected. The Spar Express supermarket is quite expensive too. A small walk away from the sea side promenade.

My review is based on personal experience and may differ from others depending on others wants and circumstances. First impressions on this site was very impressive. It's got a great layout for sea views and the grounds look immaculate. The room was great for what we needed and was very clean albeit a bit botched in certain areas. The botched parts included but not limited to, shower trays, these had so much sealant on them u couldn't tell if there was a tray or not and it was scruffy. Doors scraped on the floor in a couple of rooms and the kitchen doors did not align. Some may say this is little things, but it was annoying! The sofa bad fell apart and was so noisy I only used it once before just sleeping on the closed couch. Outside there are two pools, one family one and one adults only. This imo needs to be seriously thought about as the pool size for families does not fit the size of the complex. It is far too small in high season and gets very full with little space to actually swim. The other thing that needs amending is the opening time, 10am is too late and over the last few days, the complex stamped down on this opening time by blocking the pool off until exactly 10am. This meant families queuing to get sun beds. It's not a great look in such a nice setting. I understand that families do put towels down and then dissappear, but this seemed under control and the lifeguards did a great job of removing towels from unattended beds. But 10am, really! The size of the pool also meant that children could not have fun as as soon as they started playing with balls or just..... Being kids. The life guards would tell them to stop and at one point asked some children to leave the pool. This to me is again down to the pool size. The other things that let the site down is zero music and a pool bar that closes early. This is a big loss for the site as most if not all self catering venues usually have a bar that is open till late so guests can have a drink before either moving on or going back to their apartment. In terms of location, this area does not have any alternative bars, it has restaurants and some nice ones, but no bars. So a taxi or bus ride is needed. Some reviews have suggested that a late checkout is sometimes available, I would say it's not. Despite many apartments being visibly empty when we left, we where told that it was fully booked and a late checkout was not available, so please bare this in mind if going. One last thing, if you do have a late pickup, don't forget to get clean towels off the cleaner and take them with you. If you check out and don't have towels there is nothing that the complex will do and you will have to find alternative ways of getting dry. If I was booking a family self catering again, I wouldn't consider going back here.
