The view from our room was absolutely stunning, looking straight out over the ocean. We could hear the waves gently lapping against the rocks, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room itself was tidy, although there were noticeable marks on the throw and cushions on the bed. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quite basic and the food felt very repetitive. On several occasions, the plates weren’t properly clean, with food still stuck to them, which made us wonder if the dishwasher was doing its job properly. When we arrived, we were given a sheet with the opening times for the restaurants and bars. We only realised on our last night that there was another restaurant offering themed nights. It would have been useful to have been made more aware of this when we arrived, especially as I believe there was an additional charge. The drinks machines were non-branded, and ice creams at the lower pool came at an extra cost, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday. The hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately it still felt like a work in progress. The beach bar looked more like a building site, with kerbstones and building sand around parts of the hotel. Overall, the stunning location and sea views were the biggest positives, but the food, cleanliness of the crockery and unfinished areas stopped this from being more than a 3-star experience. With some improvements, this hotel could be really lovely.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in August. It was approx 30 mins transfer from the airport and we arrived at 10pm. We were given a bag containing a couple of sandwiches and a cake as the food hall was closed when we arrived. We went to the top bar for a couple of drinks and managed to get the end of the entertainment which was ok nothing special. Our room was on floor 2 just above the beach bar which was fine. We opted for the standard room and there was nothing wrong with it. AC worked fine and we had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast and evening meals are average at best and very busy. Not a complaint at being busy as this is the peak holiday period. You will not starve however do not expect quality food. We went to the pool area at approx 9am every day and on every occasion we were pretty much the first there however we did struggle to get beds and umbrellas on a couple of occasions due to people reserving them with towels and then either going back to there rooms or for breakfast. On one occasion I counted 52 beds reserved with no one on them. Towels can be rented for a returnable deposit of €15 each which is fine. The drinks are the local stuff. Not amazing but drinkable. The bar did have random times they they opened and closed and once I was refused a drink at 17:45 due to being closed so I accepted this only for the 2 people behind me to get served. Not the best of service. We ended up getting our own drinks from the Spar shop in Anfi as the quality was much better and my own customer service is to a much higher standard. On the last day we were getting picked up at 4pm and during check out which we went to at 10am our all inclusive wristbands were cut off. They wanted €35 each to keep them on. Come on this is really not good. Who in the right mind is going to get €70 worth of value out of a few hours round the pool. Once again we had our own drinks from the spar shop for a small fraction of this cost. The location is pretty good. It is on the side of a cliff which we really liked and the views are good. A 15 min walk into Anfi which has good amenities and a really nice beach. A 5 min taxi to Puerto Rico which we divided not to do. Overall for what we paid during the peak holiday period we were happy with what was provided.

Great location and sea view. Were pleasantly surprised by the room -we were on 1st floor (ground level) in main block with a balcony overlooking the sea which was just lovely. Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of space and decent shower. Some sign of construction going on by what is called the beach bar but not sure what they’re doing and no one was actually working on it. They were busy putting new glass round a balcony by restaurant. No noise or inconvenience. Food was much better than expected. Plenty of choice and ate far too much. Restaurant got busy at peak times so we ate lunch and dinner not long after opening time. The night we had dinner later was not pleasant - food spilled over the floor etc. though staff worked hard to clear up. Bar round Delphin pool was covered with plastic cups over the bar in the morning. No clear up appeared to happen when shutters went down at 6pm at night so everything sat around attracting wasps etc till opening the next morning. The poor person opening the bar at 10am each morning was faced with the mess so couldn’t then serve you. Drinks dispensers out of order several times over our 4 days. Slushy machine often out of action. Most bar staff worked hard. Other bar staff found multitasking harder and would stand watching the cocktail machine dispense rather than get another drink ready. Pool got very busy and usual scene of multiple beds reserved and not occupied till hours later. We didn’t struggle to get beds and they were comfortable enough with space to move them round as the sun moved -IYKYK! Weather was fabulous. Very hot so didn’t do much apart from sunbathing and swimming in pool. Looked like there’s plenty to do nearby if you wanted activities or trips. On site supermarket open 10-6 and well stocked. Can walk along fairly flat path to Anfi which was nice. Plenty restaurants there is you wanted a change if scene. Gym basic - had dumbbells and machines for basic workout would’ve been too hot as no ac or fans. €15 deposit for pool towel which is returned. Takes a bit of figuring out which lifts go to which floor. Lots of different lifts around the place if you don’t want to use stairs, Couldn’t get a late checkout room as too busy. Costs €35pp for late checkout which we would have paid. There’s a shower past gym that you can use but not great if there’s a few people waiting to use it. Ended up getting in to use it at 5:15 and had a 5:30pm pickup.
