My husband and I stayed all inclusive at the Bull Costa Canaria and spa for 6 th April 2024 for 1 week . This is a lovely adult only hotel with a mixture of nationalities but i would say mainly German about 70% and 30% British and other nationalities. It has a heated outdoor pool ( heated winter months but it was still heated when we went in April which was a real bonus . The food is excellent and drinks are all branded with so much choice and the snack bar by the pool has fantastic menus for lunch times if you don’t fancy the restaurant buffet . The indoor spa is lovely and with a great swimming pool. Our hotel room was excellent, spotless as was the whole Hotel and grounds and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is wheelchair friendly and the average age of guests was over 60s which was fine with us as I am 60 and husband 65. I have mobility issues and asked the hotel via email before we arrived for a room close to lift on lower floors . They responded very quickly to our request and location of our room was perfectly placed. This is a very laid back hotel in a quiet location but it is only a short bus ride into playa del ingles for those who want to experience more night life . If I have any negatives it would be the evening entertainment . This was ok on a couple of nights when they had singers and a novelty act but other nights was just a main act for about an hour or so which was all finished about 10.15 pm which seemed a real shame . At the outside bar for a couple of hours They did have different artists playing very laidback smooth music rather than lively entertainment . The quality of the entertainment overall was fair but on for just far to short a time and as the bar emptied when entertainment finished we was in bed by about 11 most evenings , which might be ok for some but not quite what we’re used to on holiday. We did venture into playa del ingles one night which was a much more lively night but as I’m getting over cancer I didn’t feel up to doing much exploring the area . We definitely would come back to this hotel as in almost all aspects it was very well suited to us but maybe next time get taxis out in the evenings .

“Another great stay. Still the best!”

The whole world is changing- and not for the better in many cases. However, the Costa Canaria hotel remains constant, the building, decor,staff ,pool areas and food are as good as ever. The whole world is changing- and not for the better in many cases. However, the Costa Canaria hotel remains constant, the building, decor,staff ,pool areas and food are as good as ever. We are on our sixth visit and I hope we can make many more. We got a wonderful welcome from the Maitre d' who runs what must be the best dining room around. The quality and variety of the food is staggering- and consistently high- catering for everyone from the most diehard carnivore to an extreme vegan like myself. The whole atmosphere of the dining room and the hotel in general is that of a light,spacious and serene area. The fact that there are no children helps immensely but even the pool area is a peaceful place in which to sunbathe , read or listen to one's own music. The animation team are amazing, managing to conduct a large number of activities whilst not blaring loud music or commentaries upon unsuspecting or unwilling guests. Other hotels take note! Looking forward to a return visit is half the fun of the holiday, knowing exactly what to expect and never being disappointed upon arrival. Thanks to all staff seen and behind the scenes for yet another great time.

“Sea Front Bungalow and a wonderful beach”

The sea front Bungalows are lovely well worth booking, it made our holiday! It was very spacious with a gorgeous terrace and a hot tub! The sea front Bungalows are lovely well worth booking, it made our holiday! It was very spacious with a gorgeous terrace and a hot tub! Good tip, turn the temp down so you can use it as plunge pool to cool down! The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is nicely located for a quiet holiday, with a beautiful beach, great for a sea swim! There is entertainment should you wish to attend though we found it a bit dated. It would be nice to see some original entertainment in hotels now, good comics, one act plays, something a bit more alternative than jugglers and impersonators, however the Elvis guy was great fun! There is a good gym and two pools, there is a huge amount of sun beds. I think they should reduce them so you can enjoy the area a bit more as it feels cluttered. There is a solarium on the roof and even a nudist part if it’s your thing. The hotel clientel is quite elderly and only a few younger couples so if you are looking for a more lively environment then you would need to head into Maspalomas. The quiet suited us. The only negative for us was the food. Breakfast was great and the pool bar wasn’t bad, but the evening buffet was poor. Despite being AI we chose to eat out on a number of occasions. We can really recommend the Italian which is out of the hotel turn right and follow the road up the hill and it’s on the left! The food was amazing there! All in all the hotel was great, the staff were so kind and helpful, they all worked so hard to make everyone’s holiday! Thank you Bull Costa!

“Very pleasant holiday”

Just back from the Bull Costa.Exellent hotel clean beautiful gardens with access to the sea.Very polite hard working staff. Good food although the main evening meal was on the school meal side but there is plenty of other choices.Entertainment very average great if you are in to circus acts magic... more

Just back from the Bull Costa.Exellent hotel clean beautiful gardens with access to the sea.Very polite hard working staff. Good food although the main evening meal was on the school meal side but there is plenty of other choices.Entertainment very average great if you are in to circus acts magicians and acrobatics which we weren’t.Exellent Spar all free. One complaint 2.50 a day for the safe other 4 star hotels do not charge.Overall a good holiday helped no end with wonderful weather. We may well return.
