We stayed at this hotel a few years previously so we were hoping it was as good as it was. We were not disappointed, this hotel is a perfect stay for couples and families. Food has a wide choice, staff friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean. Pools are lovely and the added addition of a spa makes it more perfect. WiFi is strong , we had no issues. The entertainment is split between children and adults. If you love a ballroom dance you will be happy. Singers every night to dance to and another area has all the entertainment for children/families. If I had to be picky and it would be small, the television satellite could be better and the singers could be a little more varied with the music. We will definitely be back.

Leaving today after a 7 day family hol to the Bull Eugenia with Jet 2, and the hotel is really good. Great restaurant and food, the lunch table service on the terrace bar was fab. Pools are great and the spa is a real bonus. Lots of space around the hotel with inside and outside bar areas. Felt the decor, especially on the upper floors, was dated but the rooms are very clean and spacious, plenty of plug points too. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. First time to Playa del Ingles and undecided if we liked the area or not, big and built up with a lot of the restaurants below ground level at the bottom of multi storey buildings, doesn't mean they are not decent restaurants themselves though. I'd recommend the hotel but not so sure on the area.

“Nice pleasant weeks holiday”

Just came back from a weeks stay. Was everything you needed for a cheapish stay with 2 young kids. Rooms are good and spacious but odd layout and not alot of privacy in the bathrooms. But generally good and decent size and maintained/cleaned daily. Could do with a small kettle and a bigger TV but other than that you go on holiday to not sit in your room so wasn't the end of the world. Fridge size is the usual size you get at any resort. Food was ok, could be improved of an evening with more variety and quicker at replenishing during busy periods but other than that its ok. Breakfast was very much the same every day could have more selection of cakes, omelettes & cereals but again managed throughout the week. We stayed Full board so no lunch included. Again no problem as we found the pool bars menu and choices really good and very good pricing. Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel and loads more within a short walk if you fancied something different. Drinks seemed good and 2 free fresh water stations so you can take a bottle and refill anytime of day which was a plus. Pool and Spa very clean and well maintained, Spa was an amazing perk for the little ones in the morning. Not sure why diving wasn't allowed in the main pool especially as the depth was 3.4m deep....... but again heated and warm enough throughout our stay. Other people using the Hotel were fine too good mix of different nationalities. All seemed friendly and acknowledge from time to time. Didn't see much entertainment so can't comment and the kids disco was very similar each evening but the entertainment team seemed to work really hard. They could do with some TV's showing sport in an area if you don't want to watch the entertainment of an evening. Staff all seemed nice and pleasant, very clean all around the resort. Going to the roof top i did notice very old deco on the upper floors so could do with a refurb. This hotel defo has potential to do better i think more seating and space around the restaurant area as well as more variety with food then it will be a 4 star. Iv been to much worse 4 stars that's for sure but i think the star system is a bit nonsense nowadays as they seem to give them out quite easily. Location is good from airport to hotel and a nice downhill walk to beach. Also not far to the dunes if you dont mind walking a bit further. Local supermarket just outside the hotel has everything if you need essentials. Been to GC a few times, 1st time with JET2 (who were great). Would i come back, 100%, to this hotel probably not as i like change and using different hotels. But if the price was right i wouldn't rule it out for a week.

Definitely a 3 ⭐️ rooms need updating and the restaurant is chaos! The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are tired and the pillow is like a sand bag. The pool area and spa are lovely and kept very clean. The restaurant is chaotic and often it was hard to find a table and then constantly waiting for plates and cutlery to come out. There was a lack of staff to clear tables. The food was average so we ate out a few nights. We wouldn’t recommend or return.
