Couldn’t wait untill we left to write this review, the place is that good. Not going to go into full details but I’ll put in just a bit about the important stuff. Rooms, our room was a suite and we paid extra for it, I have to say that the rooms are a little “dated” some would say authentic, but rooms are spacious and clean with everything you could want. The swimming pool looks a little small on first glance but is quite adequate. No mad rush for sunbeds, there’s seems plenty to go around. The food is the big thing for me, ITS EXCELLENT, tasty, hot, great variety and plenty of it, but not just that, the quality of the food served is EXCELLENT. Everyone of the staff we have interacted with had been great, friendly and helpful. Not really been out of the hotel much as we are here to relax but the hotel seems to be well located for the beach and shopping. Turns out that we paid more for this weeks than it usually costs as it’s “pride” week, my wife and I didn’t know this on booking but still think that £2500.00 (flights, bags and all inclusive) for both of us for the week was still good value, we will come back next May but most probably the week before before the pride parade and save a few hundred pounds. All in all this is a great all inclusive hotel and well worth a look. DO NOT TAKE NOTICE OF ANY BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL, we are the most “pickiest” of people especially when it comes to the food and we just can’t find fault.

“Brilliant Holiday.”

The food and staff sheer brilliance. I’m a wheelchair user and from start to finish the staff went over and beyond. The food and staff sheer brilliance. I’m a wheelchair user and from start to finish the staff went over and beyond. The disabled rooms are on the same floor as reception and are suitable for a wheelchair with a wet room. You take a small lift to the pool not large enough for scooters. There is a ramp to take you up to the pool. Staff had reserved 2 sun beds for me everyday together with a table close to the buffet in restaurant. There is a lift which takes you out the back of the hotel leading to sandy beach 5 minutes away. The food was 4 star for me freshly cooked and different cuisine everyday. The staff are out of this world bending over backwards for everyone. This hotel made my experience a 5 star experience.

What can we say 5 times now unbelievable from the reception lovely start of our check in very quickly and taking to our room over the pool and bar can’t beat a pool see view allways restaurant wow tremendous staff and allways talking to customers lovely customer service the food allways 1st class... more

What can we say 5 times now unbelievable from the reception lovely start of our check in very quickly and taking to our room over the pool and bar can’t beat a pool see view allways restaurant wow tremendous staff and allways talking to customers lovely customer service the food allways 1st class drinks flowing all day and night if you want to entertainment every day and night in April is all ways very nice not to hot to sunbath and walk around the island only 5 minutes to the beach all so looking to book again very quickly thank you sandy beach having memories everyday ❤️xx

“Outstanding! (I almost don't want to share it!)”

Our third visit to this wonderful hotel, this time we took along my Mum and her Partner. We also met friends from home there who I had recommended the hotel to. I did hope that they would all like it as much as we always have, Everyone loved being at the Sandy Beach, nothing has changed everything is just as good as it has been before, We arrived late (Jet2 made us wait an hour for the transfer - I actually think that the hotel can arrange this and we will definately look into this next year), we were met with cold bubbles and fresh sandwiches in our rooms. We were all helped to our rooms with the luggage and as always rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned and beds made daily with fresh towels where needed. The food was wonderful and for 10 nights we ate like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble here, my little girl will only eat plain cucumber and every night our request for plain cucumber was met without problem. What I really enjoy about staying here is that the team are all really lovely, they all work long hours and in fairly hot temperatures but everyone is so lovely. Every team member is courteous and friendly the life guards around the pool, the maintenance teams, bar operators, waiting team, literally everyone. We were remembered by Eva who runs the hotel, she is really hands on and present, It was lovely to see you Eva and thank you for a wonderful stay :)!! Hiro remembered us straight away especially my daughter and as always made her feel so welcome and special when we saw her. Hiro you are part of the reason we love coming so much you have always been wonderful with little legs :). Nareda on the bar 'ice ice baby' you work tirelessly and always smiling thank you :) and the chef on the meat counter in the restaurant you made us laugh, I am sorry we didn't catch you name but thank you!! The lifeguard who we haven't seen in previous years, you were lovely to my Mum especially making sure she was ok walking to the pool etc and understood her need for the rubber ring 'chad' thank you. It is the small things with this hotel and they go such a long way. It is like returning to a very safe, comfortable , home environment we are very lucky to have found. We are booked again for next year so we will hopefully see you all again then. For now thank you and farewell. x
