This is our second time in this hotel. This hotel ia good for it's location, beach, it is good option for family with children. You can ask for baby sitter if you're gonna go for the party tonight :) Breakfast is perfect, you can choose one of the few ala carte restaurants for the evening. Every evening we have shows for kids ans also for adults. I dont wanna wright a lot, because last year my review was detailed. So just want to say that I exactly will be back here the next time.

Fabulous stay at the All Inclusive Grand Palladium Palace Select! I have stayed at many Grand Palladium’s, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and this resort in Ibiza was fab. You also have access to the Grand Palladium White Sands next door. The food was very good and the service was excellent! I would say the only thing that is changing is the premium drink package is extra per day or its individual drink up charges. Other than this, it’s a great valued stay and the rooms were very nice and clean.

This is our second year at this hotel and we returned as we loved our stay the first time. This hotel has it all and makes it hard for other hotels to compete. The rooms are very spacious, this time we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom, sofa bed and generous living space. The balcony overlooked the path to the beach, so not the most picturesque but did provide afternoon shade. Last time we stayed in a jacuzzi suite and I loved that we had our own terrace with sun loungers. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the abundance of restaurants and bars, with the sports bar open 24/7, meaning you’re not stuck to specific meal times. The food at every location was fantastic. This stay we didn’t use the à la carte restaurants as we explored the island in the evenings but did use them before and had several lovely meals. The location is perfect for a short break as the transfer from the airport is only 10minutes. This does mean there’s a lot of aeroplane traffic but that doesn’t bother me. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and the buses are clean, regular and now take card. We got a taxi to San Antonio and that cost us about £40 each way. You can get the bus but you have to change in Ibiza town. If you’re a beach lover, then the downside is that the hotel doesn’t have its own section of the beach so loungers are an additional cost. We didn’t use them so not sure how much this is. The hotel experienced significant flooding in 2025 and I think you can see evidence of this in some locations, there was water damage at the sides of our doors but maybe you wouldn’t notice if you didn’t know. The terrace of the main restaurant could also do with refurbishment but I’m just being very picky here! We absolutely will be back, hopefully very soon!

“Disappointing, not 5*, guests asked to review entertainment which inflate overall hotel reviews, false representation!!”

We have just returned from a stay at the Grand Palladium Select and we were disappointed. This hotel is NOT a 5* that it claims to be. Even a member of their guest services explained that the reason they get 5 stars is down to the facilities they offer which in all honesty weren’t that great anyway… more

We have just returned from a stay at the Grand Palladium Select and we were disappointed. This hotel is NOT a 5* that it claims to be. Even a member of their guest services explained that the reason they get 5 stars is down to the facilities they offer which in all honesty weren’t that great anyway. Also be mindful that entertainment staff give slips and ask for reviews. You will see these reviews here and whilst the shows were good and they were lovely those reviews appear here and increase the overall rating of the hotel. It would appear restaurant staff do the same. These positive reviews are specific to dancers and this specific restaurant not the hotel as a whole. We were disappointed from arrival. Checking in the reservation staff were busy talking amongst themselves and were generally rude (talking and laughing amongst themselves) and unhelpful when checking us in. We had booked a junior suite with garden view. The first room we were given was damp, dark and smelled. You could see the damp patches on the walls and smell it as soon as you entered. We were shown a second room which was the same. These rooms we were told are all on the ground floor hence the damp. They’re not even the cheapest of room types. We were finally offered another room after explain how bad these rooms were. Whilst it was better the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke from previous guests. It didn’t disappear all week. Food was pretty good in quality and taste, we could usually find something to eat. À la carte restaurants always show as full on the app. It’s a waste of time. A really annoying thing about the hotel is that people can buy a day pass. The lunch buffet is absolute chaos. Far too many people, food all over the floor, mess everywhere and for some reason groups of children without their parents going in to eat. I have my own children, this is not a complaint about children. Even management questioned these groups on several occasions to ask where their parents/relevant adults were. Breakfast and dinner whilst still busy were less chaotic. My guess is that day guests can’t use the buffet then? The main pool is crammed, rows and rows of people all day. Lots of people smoking and whilst there aren’t rules against this it was really off putting especially with young children. Towels ran out by the afternoon so if you were getting to the pool later in the day you had no chance. Kids pool is worn and already dated, you can only get soft drinks and beer by it. It doesn’t look like the photos. No real pool service for drinks and there is hardly any collection of cups, rubbish etc. All inclusive wine options are terrible. You can pay for upgrades to get others but otherwise it’s red, white, very dark sweet rose. Cocktails were ok. Lots of the hotel is worse for wear and a bit shabby. Dripping aircon, mouldy damp patches, broken paving slabs around pool, taped off sections of other flooring near pool. Thankfully we got a good deal pricewise on this hotel via an agent rate but the price they charge for this on jet2 etc is extortionate for what you’re getting. Appreciate that this information is relative to the individual and everyone will have different experiences but I’d rather share ours if it helps someone decide whether to book or not.
