I enjoyed Waterpolo and Darts with the teens a lot, especially because i made the best of friends during my stay. I did not like the food at all due to repetitiveness. At one point you didn’t know what to eat anymore bc it always stays the same. Rooms were fine but we got woken up multiple times. The Teens Entertainer, Anusch, handles trouble and conflicts very well!! The coolest part of the teens club was that there were always two entertainers, Anusch and Michelle. Pickleball with them was fun.

Recently came back, from a 3 star not 4 hotel, air conditioning just about worked, no where to sit and have a. Recently came back, from a 3 star not 4 hotel, air conditioning just about worked, no where to sit and have a. Drink in cool, of an evening, no space to sit at entertainment, had to queue for a drink, pool area was not cleaned for days, yes they had plenty going on for kids, and beach was lovely, also very good buffet, shone of the staff were grumpy, especially reception, and not very helpful with information

“Average hotel too packed at breakfast and dinner”

A very large complex with plenty of activities. Areas for dinner and evening entertainment are a bit small for the amount of people staying, as you struggle to find a table to eat at and to have drinks and play cards after dinner. A very large complex with plenty of activities. Areas for dinner and evening entertainment are a bit small for the amount of people staying, as you struggle to find a table to eat at and to have drinks and play cards after dinner. Not as clean as I would like to see. Lots of empty cups left uncollected around the pool, to an extent that is also the fault of the people who left them there. We arrived late at night and had to take our cases up three flights (no lift available). Coffee hut was good, nice service and cake and crepes selection was good. Biggest let down was not having a place to shower after the 12pm check out. We were willing to pay for a later check out but due to peak season all the rooms were needed. We didn’t fly until 9pm so the option of a cold shower by the pool, as the only available option, seems poor for a hotel of this size. You won’t have a bad time here, but there are other places where you could have a better time.

We are on the last day of a weeks stay. Maybe if we hadn’t had such amazing experiences at other TUI magic life hotels this would get a better rating. Apartment was great. We are on the last day of a weeks stay. Maybe if we hadn’t had such amazing experiences at other TUI magic life hotels this would get a better rating. Apartment was great. Two double rooms which suited our families needs.good activities and pools. Food lets this hotel down. Dinner is served until 9pm , however, by 8pm much has gone leaving salads and scraps of whatever the “speciality of the day” was. Fine if you are eating at 6pm with a young family but not with an hour still to go. Sunday was basically leftovers of the previous days paella, sprouts etc. great to not waste food but a terrible offering. Also many of the drinks machines run out of soft drinks during the day leading to long queues at the bars. Sadly of the 15 TUI hotels we have stayed at this would rank lowest. Maybe the standards are different in Spain to Greece and Turkey which is where we have been before.
