Travelled with my family to this hotel for a week on 1/4/24. There were ten of us, so we booked the apartments but went all inclusive. The apartments were lovely and cleaned every day. We were on the 8th floor so lovely views and we had a double balcony. The hotel was nice and clean as were all the bars, restaurant and pools areas. We were the first guest to arrive for the start of the season so no problem getting sunbeds as the week went on it got busier however still plenty of beds. There are 3 different pool areas. You have the main pool beside the hotel then if you go out the back gate of the hotel there are another 2 pools and a small baby pool with a snack bar. If you go out the front of the hotel there is an adult only pool with a bar so definitely something for everyone. They don’t open the gate until 10am so you can’t put your towels down early. You can pay €10 to hire a towel from reception and change it everyday. You get the €10 back when you return the towel along with your receipt. The food was fine you will always get something to eat. However, the big problem is that they don’t label anything so you don’t know what you are eating!! This is unbelievably bad due to people’s tolerances. The snack bar was good for burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets toasties again not going starve. I am a red wine drinker, but it wasn’t good. The others drank the Rose which was fine, and the sangria was good. The spirts again weren’t great and we ended having to buy Bacardi and coke which wasn’t cheap. I always go all-inclusive and normally if its not branded its ok, but these brand not good. The entrainment was fantastic. Fabian is a great guy and makes everyone feel welcome. My whole family played the darts and that age ranges from 13 to 72 he never left anyone out. My family joined in all the activities and loved it. The evening Bingo was always a laugh and as the week went on the prize was nearly €300 well worth €5 to play and good craic. Sophia only started during the week we were there, but she was nice aswell. All the staff in the bars and restaurant were very nice. Carol at the snack bar always laughing smiling and saying hello. Fabian is a very good asset to this hotel and definitely made our holiday with the laugh’s daytime and evenings. Hotel is about 15 mins walk from the main strip and there is a spar about 10 mins walk from the hotel all flat. We went into Alcudia a few times which is beautiful its around €12 for a taxi. Worth going to. We went for dinner to Muddys the food was amazing and not expensive.

On a whole the hotel is lovely. Set in really nice grounds with a good atmosphere. Came here on a hen weekend, so we were obviously looking for a great time. Hotel staff and other guests seemed to have no problem with us enjoying ourselves (we were a respectful bunch, not screaming all day long and causing trouble on the night). Did fancy dress 2 of the nights which again the staff and guests seemed to enjoy. There were groups of people that didn’t seem to know how to handle their drinks as was lots of arguing on a night between certain groups. The food is what really lets this place down. I’m Vegetarian (not fussy) but there was hardly anything I could eat. Practically lived off salad and chips. Not one item in the buffet was ever labeled so no one really knows what they’re eating. One day they had stuff peppers, I thought great, however cut into it and it was stuffed with meat. Labelling the food will help combat the food waste. They say you can ask the staff, but even during a non peak visit the staff are busy working, so it’s hard to grab their attention, would dread to think how it would be during peak. The rooms are comfortable with possibly the best showers I have ever experienced at a hotel. The beds are a little soft but bare able. Came with a good size fridge and a small counter freezer. Tea and coffee making facilities would be an added bonus. However you can hire a kettle from reception. Balconies nice and big, however with the way they are set out there is no privacy on them. The pool areas are lovely. 3 different pools to pick from (one being adult only). None of them are heated, so was very refreshing (I quite like cold pools). Don’t think even in peak summer you would struggle to get sun-beds. Signs up saying not to reserve sun-beds, no idea if this is enforced or not though, as we never struggled to get them. The staff very friendly and attentive, as we’re always up for a bit of a laugh, so that’s great. Reception also very helpful. Would I return? For a low cost friends holiday yes, but I wouldn’t return with my partner. Although graded at 4* I would only give this hotel 3*, really don’t see where it gets its 4th star from.

Honest review I wish I had read before booking. Pro’s Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and the staff are attentive and nice. Beds are comfy, showers great and cleaners work really hard. Entertainment is really good as well. Selection of pools is incredible wouldn’t struggle for a lounger. Cons. It’s quite out the way on the edge if you are looking for some atmosphere/nightlife. The bus is 10 mins away however and we quite often got a taxi around €15 including tip. Food is good quality just the least choice I’ve ever known for a buffet. We’re not fussy eaters so it’s fine but selection is limited. Alcohol is local which is fine and the usual however the cocktail selection is not good (premixed) and only served at the bar after 7pm. We ended up paying for drinks. Even down to the plastic cups you get A/L but if you pay you get nice goblets etc. Snack bar basic again have to pay extra for anything above. Coffee dreadful even if you pay. WIFI is terrible. The way the hotel is designed you can hear every noise from the bar and foyer as it echos up until around 1am. Also balcony’s provide no privacy as you can see right in each others room the way they are designed. Little shop good but open and shut weird times. All in all there’s deff pro’s however we wouldn’t come back but if you get a cheap enough deal youl get what you pay for.

Large hotel complex in lovely location by the side of a lagoon with plenty of wildlife to observe, geese, ducks and flying fish! Nice garden areas around and three superb pool complexes, we liked the Brezer pool over the road best. Useful onsite supermarket, but don't expect to get much in the way of authentic Spanish goods there. Interior design of hotel with covered atrium with plants attractive but utilitarian in appearance and rooms spacious but basic. Had a refurbished bathroom with super walk in shower. If you want a kettle you have to pay a deposit, same for use of safe. Everywhere was very clean and noticed that balconies were cleaned daily as part of the daily room servicing. Staff everywhere were helpful and polite. It is a level 10 minute walk into town and the beach but a free transport service also ran half hourly which was useful. We only had breakfast at the hotel, the buffet choices included the usual hot breakfast items, cold meats and cheese, rolls, pastries, cereals and fruits. There was something for everyone but all very mundane and not of the highest quality. There is lots of organised entertainment day and night which we didn't partake in. The worst aspect of this hotel is the noise, its constant, music playing at every poolside all day long, why not have one quiet one! Loud entertainment all evening particularly between 9.30 pm and midnight and we were five floors up from it and was like having the TV on loud in the room! Bar doesn't close until 1am and then there are people shouting in the corridors on their way back to their rooms., so do not go here if you want peace and quiet and a good night's sleep! Compared to other Spanish hotels we have stayed in this fell short of being 4 star, very average at best.
