“Really impressed”
All the previous reviews had me scared, but honestly I shouldn't have been. It's as if we went to a different hotel that everyone else has been moaning about. “Family holiday.”
Hotel rooms are adequate. Hotel staff very un helpful..our toilet flush broke 1st night..came and "fixed it".but everyday had to report it broken .one morning maintenance knocking at 7.30..Hotel had advertised entertainment but wasn't any..lifts broke and we where stuck for couple of minutes. Arrived at half past midnight to friendly receptionist, checked in fast. Had been given 7th floor even though had emailed well in advance and asked for lower.
