“A lovely holiday”

I’m not a frequent visitor to Spain or the all-inclusive thing, my usual destination is Greece. My first good surprise was the sofa bed had real mattresses, not the thin ones of days gone by. The hotel was very clean and house keeping staff were always freindly. The food was very good, excellent selection for most tastes and a children’s area so they could serve themselves. Food service staff worked hard and were very kind to the kids, also waiter service for drinks which was really good, this was probably the highlight of the holiday, The pool area was great, obviously the usual muppets who reserve sunbeds by the pool and never appear to use them, but plenty of free sunbeds around the outer areas, we could always find four together, the children’s slides were great, not too busy, and never had to wait more than five minutes for a drink or snack from the pool bar which also had lovely helpful staff. Our granddaughter made lots of freinds and had a fabulous time. There was a nice kids club but often closed, to be honest the kids disco and activities panned by the annimation team were not great, they appeared to be pretty inexperienced and not great English speakers, but we were in Spain, so did we did our own thing. The visiting entertainers were very good, there was a fab Mowtown group, and Mr. Carrot, Freddie Mercury and the Parrot Show, were much better than expected. The hotel location was excellent for a family holiday. Being reasonably bright I thought I had sussed out the complex mini train timetable, but having planned our journey we spent 2 hours being bumped around the less picturesque parts of the area, it’s more for transport than sightseeing, so not a great experience. Overall a great hotel with lovely staff, but the kids entertainment could be better.

“Great family stay”

Fantastic stay at the hotel, it was clean and great for kids. The maids cleaned every day which was welcomed, the amenities were all good and staff friendly. We were a party of 10. Fantastic stay at the hotel, it was clean and great for kids. The maids cleaned every day which was welcomed, the amenities were all good and staff friendly. We were a party of 10. Lots of beds so no issue at the pool. Water polo was a right laugh. Food was good and plenty of, the only slight issue was I am vegetarian and I struggled a bit with this on an evening. Couldn't really fault other than that. Only other slight disappointment was there was meant to be a Motown show and three men came and sang Bruno Mars and we were dissapointed with this. There isn't much in sa coma so head to calla Millor 10 minutes in a taxi

“Great family holiday”

We had a 10 night stay here as a family of 4, 7yr old and 2yr old, this is a great family aimed hotel and everything about it was great.. Very good location close to various shops, restaurants, bars, the beach. The atmosphere around here was great, yes there is some bars near by that are abit loud later into the evening with music but it never caused an issue for us sleeping, it was nice to listen to out on the balcony Very clean throughout which is a great credit to the cleaning staff here, it’s very well looked after. Cleaners do a great job in the rooms and are cleaned everyday apart from Monday. Pool areas are great, with there been a kids pool with slides and the main pool. Both pools were warm and were well used by all. Food is good! With plenty of choice over breakfast,lunch and dinner along with the all day snacks there is always something to find that you will like. Entertainment was enjoyable with different acts on each night and mini disco. There is animation games ETC on throughout the day which are very good to get involved with. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would 100% return.

“Amazing for kids”

Amazing hotel for kids, splash pool is great, the inflatables morning is a must. However too many personal inflatables in the main pool can’t move for them. I feel this should be 3 star hotel not 4, rooms need updating. Staff very friendly. The bar inside needs to be open as well as the outsid… more

Amazing hotel for kids, splash pool is great, the inflatables morning is a must. However too many personal inflatables in the main pool can’t move for them. I feel this should be 3 star hotel not 4, rooms need updating. Staff very friendly. The bar inside needs to be open as well as the outside bar to get some respite from the heat as we stayed in August so very hot & humid.
