Just returned from another overall good family holiday at the Vista Badia. Positives Location - This hotel is perfectly located. We love Sa Coma and enjoy all the shops in the immediate vicinity. Staff - all very friendly and helpful Pool - it was busy at times but there were always enough sun loungers and parasols Room - great - am sure the beds are more comfortable than last year! Air-con superb- none of the issues people seem to have experienced at the Safari. Negatives Entertainment - as with other reviews, the entertainment in the evening was poor. In previous years we've enjoyed some good bands and shows (plus the excellent silent disco) but this year we noticed a real dip in quality Food - the restaurant has been reorganised - this has made it a bit more cramped and slightly less choice - we did get a bit bored after 10 days. Overall, for the location, quality of room, staff and relaxed poolside vibe we'd definitely recommend - we'd come back except we can't! There seems to be a rule with TUI where a one bed apartment cannot be booked for 2 adults and 2 children when one of the children turns 13. This is strange as we could all book for one room in the Protur Bonnaire which has the exact same set up. If this is just an error and it gets fixed please let us know!

We stayed at Vista Badia for one week from 30th July 2026. Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our time here. The complex is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are modern. Housekeeping was good, with the rooms cleaned daily and towels changed every day, except Thursdays and Sundays. There was never really an issue finding sunbeds, as there were always plenty available. We also used the water park twice during our stay. As we were travelling with young children, they absolutely loved it. Just be aware that access to the water park comes at an additional cost. The biggest disappointment for us was the food. We found it quite bland, with the same dishes appearing regularly throughout the week. After a few days we chose to eat out on several evenings, as we didn't want to keep having chips. On a positive note, the bar staff were friendly and provided good service. However, the presentation could be improved, as drinks were often served in paper cups and food outside was served on cardboard plates. Despite the food, we genuinely had a lovely holiday and made some great family memories. Unfortunately, based on the food quality alone, I'm not sure we would choose to return.

Arrived back home yesterday after 10 days. Positives : - Very clean, cleaners do a great job. - Lovely pool, although it was busy it felt like we still had room. - Great location, 5 mins from beach and shops right outside hotel. - Bar/ Restaurant staff incredible. During an evening they would always be asking if you wanted another drink at your table. - Food - good selection. Negative’s : - The Tui staff no longer deliver the entertainment. There is one male on the entertainment team who brings the most enthusiasm but the other females let it down massively. It does appear they are most interested in how they look/ come across when dancing. They can be seen on an evening taking selfies /making dances. - The Italian restaurant in the hotel - food was disappointing we all left most of our food which is a shame as it was in a beautiful setting. The staff were amazing but food was not. - We had an early morning flight and previously in other Protur hotels we had some food left out for us but here we only had bread and cheese. - The coach transfer was a nightmare coming, the coach driver “forgot” our stop even though the Tui rep said we would be next. We were over an hour waiting on there for other guests to get on. I would 100% recommend getting a private transfer. - Entertainment - a couple of good acts especially the female dancers but overall boring and most people left after the mini disco. Mini disco brought no enthusiasm my daughter usually loves it but didn’t bother this time. Overall a nice hotel but we wouldn’t return.

“Ok…but would never go back.”

Generally an ok hotel, pretty clean, apart from the pool which I constantly found bits floating in…daily there were either plasters or clumps of hair!! The food was nice. Generally an ok hotel, pretty clean, apart from the pool which I constantly found bits floating in…daily there were either plasters or clumps of hair!! The food was nice. Most of the stafd friendly enough, although I found lots didn’t speak much english and looked at you like you had two heads sometimes. Entertainment wasn’t great. Not much in the day. Only thing my kids enjoyed was the water mat. Everything always started late too. Family hotel yet the mini disco started at 8.30pm…again always late. Then any main entertainment started late too, gone 9pm. My kids were tired after long days in the sun/heat and could never be bothered. My biggest gripe was the hotel aircon. Apart from the rooms, I felt no aircon anywhere. Not in any main parts of the hotel, the indoor restaurant, bar areas, nothing. It was unbearable. Again another reason we preferred our room at night!! Reception staff also made a comment that we asked for fresh pool towels too often…I’ve honestly never heard anything like it. I would honestly never go back and im really disappointed to be honest.
