These apartments are perfect for us. Located in a nice quiet area, 10min stroll away from everything inc beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It was our first visit to LA and won't be our last. Whilst we were there we looked at the location of other hotels we had seen but we are going to rebook this one as we prefer to be in a quieter area. The bars prices were also very much to our liking 1.10€ per glass of wine :) . The apartments themselves were fully equipped with everything we could possibly need inc washing maching, iron and most importantly a kettle. The beds were all very compfy. Thank you to lovely staff and we can not wait to see you again . we are looking forward to trying out the swimming facilities on our next visit

“Not holiday apartments”

The apartment was clean. Spanish tv (only a couple of english speaking) Housekeeping ladies were very nice. Our apartment only got morning sun,it was cold in the evenings. “Let down”

We arrived at the bew airport at 2130. This airport is a €50 taxi ride away from resort. Reception closed on arrival but keys and a map left. Found apartment and hot, thirsty and exhausted had to endure live music and disco very very loud literally right next door until midnight. Told to report… more

We arrived at the bew airport at 2130. This airport is a €50 taxi ride away from resort. Reception closed on arrival but keys and a map left. Found apartment and hot, thirsty and exhausted had to endure live music and disco very very loud literally right next door until midnight. Told to report to reception next morning where they demanded €100 (about £100) as a cleaning fee. The accommodation was advertised as having use of a pool, pool is shut from september unward. Hob is gas, auto ignite is broken and no matches available. Had to find a smokers shop to get a lighter. Despite the €100, sheets and towels are only changed on Tuesdays Reception is a long walk and seems to be closed completely after 5pm, staff are next to useless and the boy selling coffee is more interested in playing on his phone. The apartment is surrounded by many spanish locals family homes so you have their cars, kids, dogs etc to put up with The TV does not receive any English speaking channels not even Sky news or CNN. Apartment (calle berlin 1) is dated, and damaged, handles falling from cupboards, unit doors about to fall off, beds hard, crockery typical family cast offs and cheap budget store items. Graffiti on walks around patio Local area is residential and a little tired, there are many bars and eating places a 15 minute walk away and the beach is 700 meters away. The beach is AMAZING. Great for kids as water is vary warm and shallow for at least 100 meters out. Its more like a big lagoon The spanish air force seem to be using the old coastal san zavier airport so you get small jets and the odd large c130 thundering right over the house. Still here, so far 50/50
