“Just perfect for us!”

Have just returned from 4 nights half board, and we absolutely loved our time here. The location, size of the resort, the pool, jacuzzi, room, golf (€20 deposit), food and pool bar were all perfect for us (2 adults & 1 child). Having considered other hotels in the area when planning this holiday, and found them on local walks, we know we made the right choice for us. Lots of thoughtful extras included: the ‘box’ allows the kids to play with a range of leftover pool and beach toys when they inevitably get bored of their own, a cool room for where kids can play basketball, pool and a handful of arcade style vending machines, a shower room for when you’ve checked out but want to make the most of your final afternoon, and the various sanitary and convenience packages (toothbrush, shaving and sewing kits etc) plus shower gel. Great selection of food-no offering is going to please everyone but for us, there was plenty of choice each meal and if we’d stayed longer, still would have been happy: a theme each evening, a wide range of salads, traditional dishes, roasted meats, stews, a soup, breads, chippy teas for kids, plus cooked in front of you to order: meat, fish and pasta. Drinks not included with dinner but all in for breakfast which includes huge variety too: cereals, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, eggs, pancakes or waffles, churros etc. The kitchenette and nearby supermarkets give great flexibility for lunchtime but we found the pool bar just right. The portions are very good and we’d end up sharing a couple of things between us. Would recommend the pizzas (start from €10), sandwiches with chips/salad (approx €5), gazpacho (€5.50), sangria (large jug €15) and shandies (pint €4.50). Lots of cocktails on offer too-€6/7 each. We requested a pool view and we’d say it’s worth it-a pretty view. Lifeguards very active each day, staff very helpful with great sense of humour. We’re talking about returning next year!
