Just returned from a week here, we booked only last month as we found a cheap package AI deal with Jet2 and for what we paid we were happy and had a great holiday! Food and drinks- The cocktails are really strong! Good varied choice. Me and my boyfriend had the cola all week and liked it along with all the other fizzy stuff, juices at breakfast were super sweet and coffee was average. Food was good we ate well every day plenty of choice. Room- Pleasantly surprised by the space! Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a sofa bed and extra single bed in living room and the balcony felt spacious. On the whole it was quiet however on numerous nights/early hours we were woken up by noisy neighbours in a lower room in the adjacent block (opposite apartments 3202,3203,3404) who were drinking/ smoking/ shouting/ singing/ playing music outside on their terrace ALL through the night and up until around 8/9am when they finally decided to sleep. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed to avoid the noise for our last night. Pools/outside space- Avoided the hectic and busy main pool by reception and went to the second quieter pool which has a bar on the same level, no activities and music which suits us much better. Also has a gate out to walk down to the beach (much less hilly than front entrance). Generally the outside space was fine but some areas could do with a lick of paint. Staff- no complaints, everyone was friendly. On one day we came back to our room to grab some things before heading out and put suncream on, the cleaners entered and waited outside for us to leave and rang the bell to shoo us out which was a bit unnecessary. The lady on reception (dark hair and glasses) did marvellously well dealing with a rude customer- just a shame so many people have such little respect for others!! Found this to be quite the theme here. Overall- had a lovely holiday and we love Tenerife. We probably won’t return but that’s because next time we’d like to try another hotel in the area.

“Fun for a good price!”

Definitely on the higher side of a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and were provided with cooking equipment and utensils. Bed was comfy and the A/C was much needed. Definitely on the higher side of a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious and were provided with cooking equipment and utensils. Bed was comfy and the A/C was much needed. Breakfast is pretty standard with a full english,assortments of pastries and fruits. Lunch bar is open during most of the day with different items of food and dinners were mostly the same with a section differing each day. Plenty of bars to choose from large selection of drinks and if not they make whatever you like. The shows and live performances every night make it very enjoyable and the occasional magician show is exciting. Overall i think its very good for the price you pay for. Nothing to complain about as the price was hard to beat. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Tenerife and the hotel did not disappoint. Definitely an option to enjoy yourself on the cheaper side :).

A hotel in which you get what you pay for. Overall a spacious hotel with plenty of pools and lovely staff especially with children. A hotel in which you get what you pay for. Overall a spacious hotel with plenty of pools and lovely staff especially with children. Food a bit boring/repetitive and the drinks could be better (again you pay for what you get). Hill is quite steep getting back up once you go down to the beach. Beds not very comfy and seem to be on wheels and move around a lot which can be annoying. 6/10 overall, good enjoyable stay.. would I stay here again? Probably not.

“3 star hotel”

I definitely say this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The coffee pot blew up on the first use, and we had windows that didn't lock. I definitely say this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The coffee pot blew up on the first use, and we had windows that didn't lock. They don't have a room clean on Sunday and Thursday. The reception look at you like dirt if you ask for clean towels them days. The restaurant is definitely the best of the whole hotel, staff make you feel welcome there.
