“Family Getaway”
Lovely hotel in the hub of Playa de las Americas. Great breakfast, lots of variety to choose from and staff were very friendly and helpful. “Rude bar staff”
Fab hotel spoilt by rude bar staff. Not all staff but mostly very moody especially when knowing we are all inclusive! Seems like they think we are having FREE drinks when we have paid for them ??? Spanish people treated totally different even getting table service when we are not even getting table… more
