“Top food, staff and location”

Stayed with my triplet 4 year old girls in a family room. It was very spacious and had awesome sea views. Location is just in front of the beach. Food served has amazing variety and excellent. The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The hotel was spotless. Hats off to the animation team, our girls loved them and stayed with them without hesitation. Will definately return!

“Great service and professional staff”

Cleanliness can be improved in rooms as it seems the female workers had too many rooms to clean and did a sloppy job...no vacuuming of floors, were still full of dust and hairs.Yuk.Mirrors weren’t cleaned and refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned either.It’s obvious that if they want want to be a 4star … more

Cleanliness can be improved in rooms as it seems the female workers had too many rooms to clean and did a sloppy job...no vacuuming of floors, were still full of dust and hairs.Yuk.Mirrors weren’t cleaned and refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned either.It’s obvious that if they want want to be a 4star facility , then they must hire more cleaners to do the rooms. Also, no 4 star amenities, & Covid excuse to cut costs everywhere, not just this hotel. A special shoutout to Marzouk the cook who was there working day and night non stop to feed us great food, very curteous and friendly.

Hotel Trinimar Benicassim This Hotel which occupies a beachfront location, provided spectacular ocean views from the bedroom balcony. On arrival the public areas, foyer, reception, pool deck, both bars (interior /exterior)were bright clean and welcoming. All the staff we interacted with, Reception, Bar, Restaurant, and Room service, despite limited English (our Spanish was even more limited) were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast was more than satisfactory, just a comment to say that a better selection of fruit such as grapes/berries could have been made available. Bedroom with beautiful views was standard albeit with a few issues, • Situated on the third floor the lifts were inadequate to cater for the key times of use (particularly morning) whist catering for the quieter times with ease. (At 70+ years of age we do not want to spend an inordinate portion of our vacation time standing in a corridor waiting for a lift). • On arrival plastic cream holders in the bathroom were dirty, and were not cleaned during the remainder of our stay. • No drinking glasses were provided in the room, in lieu Paper Cups 2 x Large 2 x Small which were hygenically wrapped were provided, these were not replaced or renewed for the duration of our stay. • Limited TV Channels in English. • The door to the balcony was ill-fitting with a makeshift locking mechanism for closure and over tensioned spring mechanism which was dangerous and emitted strong noises during operation. • The main issue encountered was one of excessive noise both external i.e. from the terrace area, pool area and internally from the corridors at night. Overall a great location wonderful views friendly helpful staff and a very pleasant stay, thanks to the team at the hotel.

First of all: the breakfast and the lunch was excellent, all of us find something to eat, there was big choice. The kitchen team worked very hard, they was friendly. The room was good for us, but the daily cleaning team were perfunctory, but it not caused big problem for us. The girls in the bar were friendly but they didn't speak English or they had poor English. The receptionists were friendly, but not 100% helpful. We paid for the breakfast in advance, two times we left the hotel eatlier than the breakfast time, I asked a receptionist girl to organize us take away breakfast, which would contain ham and cheese.... There was not possible. We got a table with sweet cakes and no any drink just coffee. Our second disappointment: we would like to go to Valencia by train. Our first idea was that we go from Castello. The receptionies dehorn us, they suggest that we take taxi and go from train station of Benicasim. I ask them to order us a taxi or taxis, because we were 5 person. In the morning only one taxi arrived with delay. And the guy would pick up only 4 person. Than we go to the bus station and we went to Castellon Train staion. We waste more thane one our and price of the prepaid train ticket. Everywhere we go there are broshures at the reception, here there was nothing. The sea is close to the Hotel, but it would be good if the Hotel would have sunbed camp chairs to the guests. Finally it was more than good than bad, but it was the first and last holiday here.
