Ideal location on beach front apartment is large and very well equipped even has a washing machine would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Benidorm It sleeps up to four people it has one bedroom with twin beds and a double sofa bed in the living area.

This was my first time in Benidorm and I have to say its a lot better than I expected. You hear all these stories and it has a certain image which is completely the opposite when you get there. The beach and promenade area is kept spotless, both being completely cleaned every night without fail. The location of the apartments is amazing. right on the beach front with fantastic views out across the med. Shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. The strip is only a 5 - 10 minute walk away too. The apartment quality isn't the best but it isn't bad either. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which slept up to 3 people comfortable with a sofa bed as well in the lounge area. Small kitchenette with the usual appliances (microwave, hob, oven, washing machine and cutlery and plates etc). Theres a small pool onsite which is quite nice but in the high season I can see it getting a bit too crowded due to the size but saying that, you're right on the beach front. The only issue was the deposit. We had already paid an online deposit which came out of the total but wasn't told about the extra deposit for breakages when we got there. I know apartments usually have security deposits but not online deposits so this caused some confusion. Other than that everything else was fine. I'd definitely go back to Benidorm again but maybe book earlier next time to get a better deal. We booked this accommodation only a month or so before we left so it was quite expensive in comparison to booking earlier.

We stayed in apartment 7c, booked through round town travel, we also booked airport transfer through them which allowed us to collect keys at the airport a bonus a we arrived late at night. The apartment was really spaciuos with an enclosed balcony which extended the living room, large bathroom. The kitchen was well equiped but no kettle. beds comfortable. There is a tv with hd attachment but spanish chanels oly although i think you could pay for more channels. The view was stunning and patio doors opened right back, we sunbathed in apartment on several afternoons. The apartment comes with a really comfy rocking chair and footstool which made a brilliant sun lounger. Only reason i v not given it 5 stars is that the washing machine was not working. I reported it to round town travel and the gentleman came back with me to see if he could help but no luck. Be aware2 lifts 1 for odd floors and 1 for even, so you dont stand in lift even lift looking for button.

having arranged a late arrival 1am-2am sunday also with a confirmation email fro, one of the ACA rental staff. it was infuriating to find that she had not waited for us, and just left us stranded in the dead of night, with a very high prospect of sleeping on the beach!! luckily i had had the presence of mind to take the confirmation email with otherwise i would not have had the phone no. to call her. As it turned out her colleague answered the phone and came to our rescue, but we still had to wait 30mins only to find that the previous lady had locked our apartment keys away, and had to stay in a small little place for the night. But give the man his due he was very apologetic, and refunded our first nights payment. He was a thoroughly nice chap! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious, well equipped with views to die for right on the playa levante.and was very secure. downside the electrics were old so the euro plugs we took for hairdryers etc, could only be used in the kitchen, because the two pin sockets were so antiquated which was very inconvenient as you can imagine, there was just two of us but we had rented an apartment that would easily sleep 6-8 people so that amount of people getting ready to go out at night would be a challenge! also some of the sockets were hanging off the wall which i found to be a little worrying, health and safety is not a priority it seems, which is surprising as we are all governed by the Health and safety laws of europe, and there was no safe and no aircon, so in high summer would be a no no for us, and taking a fan is no good as the plug sockets are useless in the bedrooms!Nevertheless it was fine apart from these issues. So if you book make sure you confirm a late or early arrival/departure and take the confirmation email with you. as for the electrics maybe some of the other rental apartments have been rewired, we had apartment 8E. so just bear that in mind when booking. All in all we had a super time though, Benidorm never disappoints.
