What an amazing holiday!! I was concerned reading reviews about the sickness going round but I’m glad we bit the bullet and went. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy. They are extremely attentive too, issue with our aircon, fixed within 30 mins. No cot bed, arrived 5 mins after we got into the room. Room was ready way earlier than actual check in time too! Food was great, themed nights, mostly the same but to be expected for an all inclusive. Food always topped up and mostly fresh too. Bar was never a long wait, always several staff serving on them. Entertainment for the kids from 8.30pm was fab, my 4yo and 1yo loved it. The pools are cold but can imagine they’d cost a fortune to heat as they’re huge, so not surprised. We took wet suits for both our kids which was a great idea. For kids it is just fantastic the pools. The shop onsite is basic and small, doesn’t support much but does have bottle water, toys and crisps for the kids. There’s a shop right opposite the hotel and just a minutes walk as you turn right out of the hotel are gift shops. There’s bigger supermarket at 5 min walk too. You can ask for snacks from behind the bar during the day which consists of crisps and nuts, we loved this for round the pool! The staff are so good at keeping the kids in check, particularly for parents who are not very attentive, the staff certainly kept other safe which was so reassuring to see. Kids clubs staff were great aswell, so patient with the kids. We stayed in tower 4, no problem at all with waiting for the lifts. In tower 1 I think it’s longer waits as they go down to the restaurant which is stairs, so people queueing with buggies. Lots of pool area, we never reversed a sunbed in the morning (people were queuing to reserve!), but we never had a problem finding a little spot to put a spare bed down. Always had plenty spare stacked up to use. The pool attendant was great, I saw him go round and take towels off beds which people hadn’t used for hours. I’d honestly go back here, I can see why people return. Only downfall is the rooms are really dated, but they’re so clean, cleaners were amazing, friendly and did such a good job every day with resetting our room, and new towels. So much space and the kitchen was super handy, I took some dusty liquid and washing detergent so could wash the stains on the baby clothes as I went. We went May half term and was fab!!!
