Everything was as expected.No big complaints at all.Good location.Lovely pools(good size for Benidorm).Rooms fine.Lovely choice and quality of food.Pleasant staff.Only complaint was our friends daughter and her friend were staying down the road and our hotel staff wouldn’t allow them to join us through the day,only at the bar in the evening.Would be handy if they offered pool towels for a small deposit.Would probably return.

I was a Support Worker supporting a client who wanted to visit Benidorm. Myself Having not flown since 1982 , planning this holiday and making it perfect, enjoyable and memorable was high on my list. Bedroom: was clean and tidy Beds were comfortable. Though at reception when I asked for a duvet I was looked upon as being weird. Time for bed and I realised why. ROOM was very warm even with the balcony door open. 🤣🤣 MEALS: plenty of choices, bacon was a bit overcooked but it's not a complaint. I loved the fresh fruit selections. Toast - took longer snacks and lunch I would give 10/10 evening Meal by the time selection was made and back to table food was cold. Hence next few days I went for mostly Salads. Would like to see more salad selection choices that don't have cream and pasta as a Diabetic. But it was good. Staff at the restaurant door were pleased that I was trying Spanish phrases and even offered few more. Have to say overall my client enjoyed their stay. That she's planning on going back next year. ME I'm planning to bring my best friend and my sister next year too. Main negative point apart from 2 the rest of the staff need to smile and be happy this makes visitors feel comfortable being there. It doesn't cost anything to see a smile.

Staff were good. Facilities nice. Room ok but cozy for 4. Food average. Drinks - limits on all inclusive. Pool bar - definitely not in action any time soon, looks decommissioned. Lifts - rubbish. Entertain ok, kids club - they loved it. Location very good for beach access. If there is entertainment on the big stage outside between the two buildings it’s very noisy! Ultimately this is a good hotel if you don’t have customers that ruin it. When it was mainly families it was nice, but when there was a change over at the end of half term it took a turn with heavy drinking, ladish behaviour and the way they treated the staff and facilities was unacceptable. Half our party were very ill with sickness and diarrhoea at the end of the trip. I attribute this too the disgusting way some people treated the facilities.

I had taken my daughter for her 30th birthday hoping for a better experience I had read reviews but took no notice as I like to make my own opinion but in fairness I wish I had The whole dining experience wasn’t pleasant breakfast slightly better than evening meal.Everything just looked and tasted awful not really much variety please take note you are better going right to the bottom of the dining room where kids food is served especially for breakfast as this is where omelettes are freshly made but nobody tells u anything We ended up eating out every night after 1st day Location wise it’s ok right across from Morgan’s tavern and far enough away from “the strip” Love Benidorm but won’t stay here again

We stayed here as a party of four adults across two rooms. The idea was to spend one night in Benidorm and we chose this hotel because of the Benidorm TV programme, particularly to enjoy the famous pool. Strengths:
The swimming pool area is fantastic, definitely the highlight of the hotel and exactly what we had hoped for. The salad bar at dinner was also very good. Negatives:
Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues. The cleanliness of the room was also below standard, and overall the rooms felt quite basic and poorly maintained. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not given access to our rooms until 4pm. We checked in at the Pelicanos side, while our rooms were in the Ocas building, and had to leave our luggage until later. Check-in was very busy, and one staff member (wearing glasses) was rude and unhelpful, although others we encountered were fine. Parking is reasonably priced at €19 for 24 hours, but the system is inconvenient. You cannot book in advance online—you must check in at reception first, which took around 37 minutes, leaving one of us driving around Benidorm waiting for access. The check-in process overall needs to be much quicker, especially for a one-night stay. Our room was on the sixth floor, and the lifts were extremely slow, leading to long waits. The room itself was too hot, with ineffective air conditioning. I wouldn’t want to stay here in peak summer. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with only one spotlight working and the bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests. Summary:
Would I recommend this hotel? Only for the pool area. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement in terms of rooms, cleanliness, and overall service.
