We stayed here for a week in June , very clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean however no bedside table with drawers just a bed side stand. No glasses provided if you wanted a wine to drink or a juice we had to use the teacups until we went to the bar and they gave us 2 pint glasse… more

We stayed here for a week in June , very clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean however no bedside table with drawers just a bed side stand. No glasses provided if you wanted a wine to drink or a juice we had to use the teacups until we went to the bar and they gave us 2 pint glasses for a 4 * superior you expect a glass provided in your room. Food was nice although we ate out 2x which was our choice. Pool area great and bar. I would stay here again in the future.

Hotel Presidente Benidorm June 6th to June 20th 2026 Just returned back from The Hotel Presidente after a two week trip, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel , central position , not too far from the beach and the rooms are more than adequate for a two week stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well, the hotel deserves every single star of its four star plus supreme rating. The outside pool area is kept clean and monitored by Lazo and the cleaning team, Lazzo is a friendly chap and always willing to help you find a bed or parasol, but to be honest there are always plenty of beds anyway, we went down at different times of the day and never had a problem, the pool area opens at 08.30 precisely every morning and if you enjoy queuing in hotel reception as part of you holiday itinerary, then this is the place for you, the queue begins a 07.20, you get to stand there for 80 mins and meet other like minded folk , its not obligatory and is absolutely not necessary, unless of course you have fallen head over heels, deeply in love with one particular sun bed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️… I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️ All the staff without exception treated us so kindly, obviously we didn’t get to meet everyone, but for the staff we did meet, I would like to give a special mention to, firstly our cleaner Blanca who works really hard and made going back to the room everyday a pleasure, on the front desk Leny and Nacho so kind and friendly always such a pleasure to see them, Joel and all the staff in the Philippines 10 who always treated us so well, it’s hard work but they never stop smiling and amazingly always remember my drink. The Lobby Bar staff were excellent and the drinks prices are good, we went there a few times, it’s a very sedate vibe, for me in that setting perhaps it would benefit from a round of Bingo or Quiz night, very pleasant all the same but a little too quiet for us. The restaurant is always spotlessly clean, the food hygiene standard is very high and a good variation, all the staff again without exception work really hard and Dani the restaurant manager works tirelessly to maintain those standards, some of the staff we like to mention is Antonio the deputy manager and drinks Maître d’hôtel, he’s so funny it was a pleasure to see him every time and Aureli also so kind pleasant and her command of the English language is amazing, the depth of her vocabulary is unbelievable, she does an amazing job in the restaurant and has a can do attitude, but like Antonio was always fun to chat to, a real asset, she could easily fit into a role on the front desk, David, Alexandro, Christian and young Alex, were also super helpful, I’m certain the other staff are brilliant too, but these are the people we met. Have no hesitation in booking this hotel it’s fantastic.

First time staying here and it did not let us down,from checking in to checking out 1st class service. First time staying here and it did not let us down,from checking in to checking out 1st class service. We arrived at 13.30 and our room was available straight away 20 euros for the safe and we were on the 7th floor with a room over looking the main street I did email to ask for the street view if possible. We went full board and again the food was really good alway choice available and the desserts were to die for. Our room was lovely the beds were the best I have every slept in so comfortable, the shower was good. The pool yes you had to queue from about 7.45 and the pool opened at 8.30 and there was plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. We will deffinately coming back to stay

Just returned this week from the Presidente we have been going to Benidorm for over 26 years but first time in this hotel and can stay in future visits to Benidorm i wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Just returned this week from the Presidente we have been going to Benidorm for over 26 years but first time in this hotel and can stay in future visits to Benidorm i wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Rooms cleaned to a high standard, food was excellent, lovely spacious pool area and lovely friendly staff. Also having Phillipines 10 entertainment venue underneath hotel with its great acts is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
