I cant say enough good things about this hotel from the moment of arriving (the welcome) to the moment of leaving. The first thing you notice is how clean and refreshing it is......smells lovely.......the rooms are spacious and as comfortable as you could wish for with large shower room......all rooms face the beautiful pool area. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool.....some 1st and 2nd floor rooms have jacuzzi on balcony.........it is a short walk via the hotels secret garden cafe to the beach........only stayed room only but the restaurant looked lovely too. My only gripe (a small one) is the jacuzzi. I think the hotel should run these in between guest stays as stagnant black water came out of the jets when turned on and was not a pleasant experience......tried to clean my self but water was still coming out dirty. I would definitely stay here again......is perfectly located on main road close to Devonport and Market Village shopping malls and can wave down baht bus for Cicada and Tamarind night market or to go into town the other direction (15 baht per person).......ohhh and room staff cleaned the room perfectly every day.......very enjoyable 5 night stay

“Mixed feelings…”

We stayed for 3 days in rm 113. Fair size room it was clean with a big shower. Had a good fridge, the room has immediate pool access but my room was in the middle of the building so everybody would be right outside my room, the breakfast was ok but I’m not much of a eater anyway, staff was good nic… more

We stayed for 3 days in rm 113. Fair size room it was clean with a big shower. Had a good fridge, the room has immediate pool access but my room was in the middle of the building so everybody would be right outside my room, the breakfast was ok but I’m not much of a eater anyway, staff was good nice people. It has a decent smart tv with access Netflix , prime etc. decent location right off the main drag. The only problem was the mould, the a/c would be humid or cold 🥶, like said it’s ok 👍

“Very nice hotel on the beach.”

There is ample parking space when you arrive. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is modern, clean, with a nice bathroom. There is a fridge, water boiler, instant coffee and water and a modern electric system. Wifi works very well. The room is very quiet and dark at night. The pool is lar… more

There is ample parking space when you arrive. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is modern, clean, with a nice bathroom. There is a fridge, water boiler, instant coffee and water and a modern electric system. Wifi works very well. The room is very quiet and dark at night. The pool is large, 1.20m deep with enough shady space around it. At the back of the plot is a café and direct access to the beach. Breakfast is very adequate (although I can do without the music in the early morning). All in all good value for maney.

“Great hotel except for the mould issue”

This hotel has a lot going for it. Location. An outstanding manager. Great pool. Not bad breakfast. However….the big downside is the state of the rooms. There’s a dreadful mould issue. This hotel has a lot going for it. Location. An outstanding manager. Great pool. Not bad breakfast. However….the big downside is the state of the rooms. There’s a dreadful mould issue. We moved 3 times and each room had the very distinct mould issue. To the managers credit, she upgraded our room and supplied an air filter and agreed there was mould and that they needed to fix it. But it’s a very serious health hazard. We kept the door open almost the entire time, which of course brought in mosquitoes. But I decided that was the lesser of the two evils. If they fix this issue, the hotel will be quite amazing. I would have rated a 5 if not for the mould.
