“ok hotel- horrible service”
cleanliness and location is good, rooms are spacious. in terms of service i have never seen such rude and unhelpful staff. a small example: one of the kids on the trip touched the ice cram fridge, and immediately the lad at the breakfast space slaps his wrists and shouts in Thai- any request goes … more

“Not what it was-Deteriorated”
Was a very nice Resort but now becoming tatty and dilapidated Service not the best Nowhere near enough Sun-Beds on beach and ones available need replacing as very old and uncomfortable Breakfast still very good Rooms nice but not the cleanest, good hard beds with good mattresses
