We arrived here directly from the hospital after four hellish days in Trang. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and compassionate - helping us to find a suitable room that wasn't too difficult to access. Because our chosen room was essentially a downgrade we were graciously offered free breakfasts for the following morning. Taxi to airport (20 mins) was also organized at a good price as well as a restorative bowl of chicken soup for my recovering wife, delivered to our room. Hotel seems to be popular with French tourists. Located close to many eating options. Good, clean rooms with decent AC. Great value.

“Nice friendly clean place”

Stayed here after 24 hour travels. Lovely people, great communal area, 10 minutes walk to town. Clean rooms although ours didn't have any outside space. Reasonable price for rooms and food. Would recommend

Stayed in J. Holiday Inn for two nights. The staff in reception was helpful and nice but there were some difficulties in understanding their English. Despite language issues we got everything sorted out. The room was spacious but quite dirty, and tiny ants ran on the floor. The beds were ok, though… more

Stayed in J. Holiday Inn for two nights. The staff in reception was helpful and nice but there were some difficulties in understanding their English. Despite language issues we got everything sorted out. The room was spacious but quite dirty, and tiny ants ran on the floor. The beds were ok, though. Air con and wifi worked well. The location was pretty good, not far from the night market, for example. Pretty much what you can expect with those prices.

We only stayed for one night before heading to Bangkok. Here is my take; I liked: Beds were relatively comfortable and smelled clean. The service and attitude from the front desk ladies were so refreshing and nice. Fast check in and relevant information. Good location. It’s a short walk to the river and relevant markets. And this is a good thing because I wouldn’t have chosen a place in the middle of the market places because of the noice. Could be improved: The shower doesn’t have a curtain which means that when taking a shower, the whole bathroom will be wet too. The transfer to the airport was a little strange. The driver had his son with him, playing video games the whole ride. I understand that a parent need to puzzle to get the life pieces in place. But maybe next time you’ll put your clients first? I disliked: It’s a very noisy place. Every little wind from outside or door closing created a shake in the windows that woke me up many times every hour. People parking their cars outside, taking loud etc not realising that people are sleeping a stone’s throw away. And yes, I sleep with air plugs but I didn’t get much sleep. All and all, this is a budget option and you get what you pay for. If this wasn’t a cheep option then the grade would have been lower.
