We loved this hotel, and if we go back to Krabi we would for sure stay here again. The views are incredible of the limestone mountains looking over the hotel, and it is a stones throw away from the beach. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities are kept clean and looked after. The pool is peaceful and they provide towels if needed. The rooms are nothing fancy, but definitely worth the money and clean. The restaurant looks over the beach and the staff are great. The hotel is near enough to everything, but in a peaceful part. The boat taxis for Railay beach ect are literally a 5 minute walk. If you’re thinking of booking, I would highly recommend. Thank you Golden Beach Resort

“Good location.”

Great location literally on the beach. Huge swimming pool which is fairly quiet all day really as people out on boat trips etc. Staff all friendly, especially the pool boys. Great location literally on the beach. Huge swimming pool which is fairly quiet all day really as people out on boat trips etc. Staff all friendly, especially the pool boys. We got upgraded to the Premier Suite on the 2nd floor - great big room with a dining/tv area, massive bedroom and huge bathroom - could have done with an upgrade though - as leather sofa full of holes and ripped, and bathroom walls and glass panels very dirty. Also had to get the maintenance guy out as the air con was stuck on 25 degrees - it was like a sauna! If we had paid for the Premier Suite I would have complained in all honesty. Location only a 5 minute walk to the main street with lots of shops/bars and restaurants. Breakfast ok. Had a few drinks watching the sunset and also lunches - food nice. We would stay here again - but would check the allocated room first!

We, the family of 3 staying there at the b from 22nd- 25th March, 2026. Few points to ponder upon by the management: Location:5/5...Right at the heart of all affairs at ao nang without any hassles of the main street. It's a beach front property just beside Centara ao nang, Krabi Rooms: We are staying at the beach front jacuzzi room. Size is quite big with a beach front veranda and a big bathroom. The main scope of improvements: Technologically outdated with manually operated room locks and keys like 80-90's. They provide only one room key, difficult sometimes. As my son while wanted to stay at room at night, we could not move to any night spots for a drink, as only one room key present. For opening the room, you have to find a house keeping boy. A major disadvantage is the outdated lightings at the room. Pretty dark at the nooks and corners of the room. It's Very difficult to arrange luggage or get ready at night. Another disadvantage is at the toilet, the shower flow is restricted.. difficult to bathe properly. Not expected at such a premium room. Electrical master board is from 80's make shift type. Otherwise the service, breakfast and quality of food at the restaurant is pretty good. I will advise the management to take care of the points mentioned.

“Great Location at Ao Nang Beach”

The location is five-star, right near the beach and at the quieter end of Ao Nang, which made it a lovely base for our stay. The location is five-star, right near the beach and at the quieter end of Ao Nang, which made it a lovely base for our stay. The hotel staff were, overall, very friendly and quick to help whenever needed. A particular shout-out to Sareena in the restaurant and the young lady who checked off our room number each morning at breakfast, both were consistently warm and professional. Our room cleaner was also excellent. One thing to note is that the beds are quite firm, but the hotel will happily provide a mattress topper if you ask, which makes them more comfortable. Note that Thai beds are generally harder as a rule. Some areas of the property feel a little tired and could benefit from a refresh, and the breakfast buffet is adequate rather than exceptional. We stayed in one of the villas and would highly recommend them — they are spacious, private, and very comfortable.
