We recently stayed in a Pool Villa at this lovely resort. It really was a wonderful experience and I would like to commend all the staff at this resort for their kindness and great Customer Service. Special thanks to Noi, Tony and Jipjoyce at the reception desk and Kiat the driver. We loved our large Pool Villa with its separate dressing room and bathroom, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. It was spotlessly clean and served daily. I made use of the hotel gym and swimming pool on a daily basis. Apart from breakfast, no meals are served at this hotel but there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. We used the driver to take us to Coconut Beach and to the Bamboo Rafting and he also picked us up from the nearby Waterfall as we did not want to bother hiring a motorbike Very reasonable prices were charged by the hotel for the use of the vehicle and driver. I would not hesitate to recommend this small and stylish hotel.

The best resort in Khao Lak, 1000% recommended! Very good location very close to the vibrant life of shops and restaurants, in this beautiful place, safe, clean, spacious room. The staff were incredibly kind, and the gentleman and lady at reception were always very attentive, helping us with information about the area and providing tips to make our trip to this country a unique experience. We forgot some souvenirs, and they sent them to our next destination in Thailand—we are incredibly grateful. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the amazing staff (receptionists, housekeepers, bellboys, kitchen staff, waiters, and drivers) who work for this hotel company. The most important resource will always be the people, and I hope the company recognizes the great work they do to make this destination and hotel a truly unique experience. Thank you so much... and I hope to return soon.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and we did enjoy our stay. One downside is that it’s located off the main road, and the walk to the centre can feel a little uncomfortable as the road itself doesn’t have any bars or restaurants to stop at along the way. On maps it looks like there’s alot more going on than what there is There’s also no hotel bar or pool bar, which would be a great addition. There is a 7-Eleven close by for drinks, but we had to ask reception for a bottle opener — small things like this would be useful to have provided in the room. It’s also worth being careful with the taxi options offered at reception; there are different prices listed, and one option is for a shared van, which we chose as it was much cheaper. I’d recommend checking Google reviews for Hatyai World Tours, as they don’t have the best reputation — it’s a shame the hotel advertises this service, although luckily our experience turned out okay. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay, but a few small additions and improvements could easily make this a 5-star review.
