“Exceptional”
Many times to Patong and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Super clean spacious rooms, good hot water pressure (a rarity Thailand). Awesome rooftop pool and view and genuine friendly staff Very cheap rate. Good Breakfast. No negatives Highly recommended.

“Budget/Basic Hotel”
It's more of a budget hotel so don't expect high star services. Booking went fine. Room door gave issues throughout the trip had to call front desk three times.
