We spent a couple of weeks here in early March. Staff were very kind and our room was ready early which was a welcome relief after a long flight. Our room 108 was a poolside villa and very quiet, you could here some distant music from some of the bars nearby, but it wasnt at all anywhere loud enough to be annoying. Room had a shower room, sink etc,,, ( i need a Thai bum gun at home ! ) Rooms were cleaned and bedding changed daily, shoes straightened as well ! ... Bed was huge and comfortable. Room had a fridge which was topped up with water and soft drinks ready for arrival. Lovely touch. Plenty of breakfast variety for all tastes and great coffee to kick start the day. We spent days out driving, parking was tight, but adequate as most guests had mopeds, so no hassle for us. Coming back after a day out we found the pool very clean and refreshing, there was enough sunbeds for all. Our rooms had a patio with our own sunbeds anyway. Beach was just two minutes walk away. Resort staff, we very polite and hard working, wether doing rooms or tending the grounds. I noticed security in the evening and gates closed later on for added safety and peace of mind. All in all, a very relaxed stay for us, right in the best part of Bang Tao, North of all the Phuket party places, and not too far from the airport. We loved our stay and will plan to go back again.

The hotel was small but the rooms were spacious. Our room was overlooking the extremely busy road, so we didn't use the balcony due to the noise & fumes. Not a big issue for us though. The room was very spacious with 2 large, very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the furniture was dated, the curtains were very grubby and it needed a lick of paint. The bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. There was a strange cabbage/onion smell in the bathroom coming from somewhere. Not the best! The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. I believe the bedding was changed daily as were the towels too. Excellent service! The staff in the reception area were very pleasant and helpful. A nice gesture was to provide each guest with a towel to use by the pool or on the beach. When you returned it at the end of the day, you were given a replacement. The breakfast area was a little disappointing. We only went for breakfast 3 times during our 2 week stay. It was 500 bhat per person, per day. Each time, by 9.30am there was very little food, cold juices or milk available. The staff seemed reluctant to replenish anything, even when asked. This was despite breakfast being available until 10.30. The gardens were very pretty & well tended. The pool was lovely, although it didn't appear to be cleaned very often or very thoroughly. The water appeared quite green and the edges scummy some days. The pool does need some serious attention as there were numerous areas of missing mosaic tiles around the edges & on the bottom. The location was very good, with a 7.11 supermarket next door, some good restaurants close by, a couple of decent bars & the beach was just a stones throw away. Wow, the beach! We loved it! It was beautiful, white sand with warm crystal clear water. Bliss! 😊. All in all, a very good holiday 👍
