We spent ten nights at this resort looking to relax and unwind during our stay and we were not disappointed, our room no 307 overlooked the pool at ground floor level and was very well maintained by the lovely lady who serviced our room most days. Never an issue getting a sunbed and the service at both the pool bar and the restaurant in the mornings was first class, I have to mention Wanchi who provided excellent service at the pool bar and during breakfast in the mornings he is a real asset to this hotel and a really helpful guy. The staff in the restaurant were also very good and the breakfast offering was fairly good although not varied very often. The staff who I believe were quite new on the reception did not always understand English which at times made communication quite difficult but not a major issue. Great to have Wi-fi at the hotel throughout our stay and we were close to all the amenities, the beach was just five minutes away with a seven/eleven store right on the doorstep. The only negative was that the bed was a little hard and we didn't always get a great nights sleep but all in all a good location well priced with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Visited Phuket 4 times, and this is the only hotel I wouldn't return to. The location is excellent. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, it's only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there's a small 7-Eleven conveniently located right outside the hotel. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The swimming pool was small, nothing like the photos, and the sun loungers were always "reserved" with towels, even though no one was actually using them most of the time. If you are assigned a room facing the street, expect a lot of noise at night. Tuk-tuks with very loud music passed by constantly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We were two female travelers who booked a room with two single beds. When we arrived, we were given a double room with 1 quilt without any prior communication. After returning to reception, we were simply told, "No twin rooms are available, sorry." Eventually, we were provided with an extra bed, but it was not very comfortable. The long list of charges for room equipment immediately made us feel as though we were expected to pay for accidental damage rather than welcomed as guests. The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day. Fortunately, there are many great restaurants within walking distance, so it was easy to find much better breakfast options nearby. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room allocation issues, noise, limited facilities, and average breakfast.
