What I loved about this hotel is that it’s near to all our destinations. It had 7 eleven next to it, along with different markets where you can get groceries. It’s also near Maha Sheeva the massage place! The hotel is so clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious even for 2 persons (we took single room, 2 beds) we were always coming back to clean and organized room. We were having breakfast which included different dishes, delicious soup, also pastries and juices, along with fresh fruits. Thank you for all Seabed staff for making our stay safe and lovely.

“Best way to welcome us into Thailand!”

I loved every minute of it, from check-in to checkout. The restaurant, staff, facilities were top notch at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was lovely and a stunning pool was the cherry on top.

We booked Seabed Grand Hotel as it was advertised as a five-star property. Unfortunately, the services expected from a five-star hotel are not provided. Upon check-in, we discovered that there is no 24-hour room service and no in-house laundry service. Laundry is handled by an external provider; while she does a good job, this is not the standard expected of a five-star hotel. The laundry is kept behind the reception and delivered and dropped behind the reception counter (see photo) The television offerings are very limited. There are no international English-language channels such as CNN or BBC, no movie channels, and no option to connect a mobile phone to the TV. The only English channel available is CNA from Singapore, which repeats the same documentaries throughout the week. Most other channels are Thai or Chinese. Slippers are provided, but they are reusable rubber slippers. It is unclear whether they are washed and disinfected after each checkout, as they are not sealed in plastic to indicate cleanliness. If your room is on the ground floor, evenings can be very noisy due to kitchen trolleys being rolled to the Seafan restaurant. The noise is quite disturbing and could easily be reduced by replacing the plastic wheels with rubber ones. Other missing amenities include: • No balcony chairs unless requested • No iron or ironing board in the room (available only upon request) • No water dispenser • No towels provided in the gym The staff are very polite and friendly but would benefit from more professional training to meet five-star service standards. On the positive side, the rooms are very spacious, the shower is excellent, and the wash basin is conveniently placed. The hotel has a nice pool, and a shuttle service is provided to the shopping mall, the old city, and the night market when it is operating. Room was very specious and good bed. Housekeeping maid did a wonderful job. The receptionist who checked us was professional and politie. Overall, while the hotel has some strong physical features, the services and amenities fall well short of what should be expected from a five-star hotel We confronted the hotel and the reply was:- Reply from the hotel. Concerning the slippers, we provide reusable slippers to encourage guests to use them more than once. This is part of our effort to reduce single-use items and minimize waste in order to support environmental sustainability. As for the balcony chair, due to the limited space on the balcony, placing a chair there may cause inconvenience. However, we will gladly arrange for our staff to place a chair on the balcony upon request, so that you may comfortably enjoy the view. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team, and moving forward, bathroom amenities will be set during every room cleaning.
