The hotel is in an amazing location, super close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Ao Nang Beach is also close by, with easy access to long-tail boats to Railay, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but quite small. Unfortunately, the linen and towels didn’t feel the cleanest, and the bathroom was a bit grotty — the shower in particular didn’t feel very pleasant to use. Overall, despite a few negatives, the location and convenience really made up for it and I would still recommend the hotel.

“Underwhelming for 4 star hotel”

Mini Van to the city main every couple of hours but you can get transport off the main road, good local restaurants around that are not busy like main town. Friendly staff and the help we got from the staff. Good location off the main street. Mini Van to the city main every couple of hours but you can get transport off the main road, good local restaurants around that are not busy like main town. Good pool and service, clean beach towels every day. Overall clean rooms and reasonable sizes. The breakfast buffet was kind of ordinary. During the night there were people in pool area very noisy and security did nothing. Two nights out of 6 we were woken up at 2am and could not sleep. Unfortunately it looks like common occurrence and with the rooms facing the pool it was very disappointing. Called security but nothing was done. On the last day in the morning well before checkout, the room wifi was cut off - basically not a very friendly gesture. I would urge hotel to change this as it makes you feel unwelcome and pushed towards checking out. Surely the internet could be cut off at 11 am instead. For a 4-star hotel the stay was a bit underwhelming.
