Overall, the service was amazing. What I like about this hotel though is they got this hotel application now which really helps in terms of ordering room service (no misinterpreted orders 🫰), and tour packages info (especially love this cuz I can check the packages info and chat with the hotel right from the phone while I'm outside). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean. A little loud with the kids running, but it was as expected. 10/10 will revisit. I really wanna check out the Meka Catamaran next time. It's a partayyyy time, babayyyy.

The Sea Seeker has so many positives but also a few negatives. Great location! 10 minute easy walk to the beach to watch the fire show at night or long tail boats come and go during the day. We had a very nice room over looking the pool. Highly suggested getting a room looking at the pool. Room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with a very nice selection. Well worth the extra money OR, there are a TON of restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Check in/out was fast and efficient. The hotel has an app you can put on your phone for reminders or if you needed anything. They also had a table set up in the lobby for local tours. We didn’t use that service because we got some terrific prices on great excursions on the main strip. (3 minute walk.) We did a 4 island day trip 1/2 price just by asking a few of the booth’s selling excisions. There are excursion booths on every block, and easy to find. We had 2 concerns that didn’t sit well with us. At 4 pm, the swim up bar has happy hour. 2 for 1 drinks. Our first night, we ordered 2 drinks and they were both 99% ice. There was so much ice, the straw wouldn’t go in. When I asked for less ice, they poured my ‘drink’ into a very small glass and gave it back to me. It was the equivalent of maybe 2 shot glasses. The drinks at the bar are almost all ice and definitely not worth anywhere close to what you pay. There IS a restaurant right across the street that sells the same drinks we ordered (pina coladas) less than the happy hour prices at the hotel and they were great, not just ice. The other concern we had was seating by the pool. We had our seats with books, towels etc that we were using when we decided to go for breakfast. During breakfast, the pool attendant decided to take our towels, books etc off our chairs and up to the pool entrance allowing others to take our chairs. The pool does not have enough room for everyone and we had no place to enjoy the pool or sit outside. When we expressed our concern, we were told we took too much time to have breakfast. Most guests did the same thing. There was ZERO reason to touch our belongings and we lost 1 whole day at the hotel. That wasn’t right. Everything else was great and we loved the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday afternoon 1pm to very load music being played at the pool you could hardly hear the reception staff as we were trying to book in, the pool is behind reception so this put a damper on our stay to start !then we had booked a Seaview room which also overlooked the pool so we couldn't get away from the noise which continued until 5.45 apparently pool parties are every sat 1pm until 5pm!! So be warned!had we known i wouldn't recommend a Seaview room as we could hardly see it anyway. Food was good in the restaurant. Not enough sunbeds probably around 30 for about 300 guests 🙄 On checkout after 5 nights we were told our tour operator hadn't pre paid the bill so after phone calls to and from them who were insistent they had paid ( which since sea seekers admit they HAD paid!!) we decided to settle the bill as we couldn't wait any longer we had other connections waiting.We are still awaiting payment back.
