This was my very first time visiting Tunisia, and my initial impression was that this is a fairly standard 3-star hotel. The accommodations were okay, but the beds were slightly uncomfortable, and the shower had a mind of its own, changing temperatures randomly while washing. On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised by how close the sea is—you are literally just a few steps away from the water. The sea itself was a bit dirty at times, with stirred-up sand and frequent floating garbage, but the access to the water was very convenient. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the food, which I honestly don’t quite understand. I always found something good to eat. While the buffet selection wasn’t massive, it was more than enough, and anyone can easily find something to their liking without an issue. The animation team was really good. They prepared a packed daytime schedule with activities ranging from aqua aerobics to darts, which I thought was really well done. The evening entertainment was also worth it, even though I didn’t attend too often. The best part was that the animators weren’t pushy or annoying, which is something I’ve unfortunately experienced at other resorts in Egypt. Overall, I had a nice time and genuinely enjoyed my stay, but all things considered, I probably wouldn't choose to come back to this specific hotel.

The hotel complex is small, but that doesn’t matter at all, because at least you won’t get lost. The pool is right in front of the hotel, and the beach starts right where the pool ends, so you’re just a stone’s throw from the sea. The hotel could use some renovation. It’s well-maintained, but after a renovation, it could easily be a four-star—maybe even a five-star—hotel. The selection of food is huge, but picky guests might have a hard time choosing. Although there are drinking water dispensers everywhere, it would be nice to have another soda machine in the restaurant. The water pressure in the toilets and showers is low, but that may be due to the severe drought and also the fact that Africa simply isn’t as developed as Europe. The pool has a few slides and water chutes, so the kids won’t get bored. The beach is sandy, and the sea has a greenish tint. In the morning, the sea is beautifully clear, but by the afternoon, there’s seaweed and, most importantly, TRASH floating in it—even though there are trash cans all over the beach where people can throw it away. There’s also a building within the hotel complex where massages are offered. My massage was very pleasant, but the other members of my travel group didn’t share my enthusiasm, so it really depends on who’s giving the massage. And among other things, the hotel has a GREAT entertainment program organized by the animators. They keep the kids entertained with water aerobics, soccer, or even darts. In the evening, they put on a fantastic show. Every night, there’s also a mini kids’ party before the main show, so parents can relax in peace.

I went on holiday with my brother and cousin. We were looking for cheap accommodation but one that would provide us with everything we needed. The resort is very small but you can find everything you need. It is clean and well maintained. You have a wide choice of food, nice sea, swimming pool, bars and animation programs. I was a little disappointed with the room, but it was clean and there was nothing missing. It is a nice and quiet place for a holiday.

“Decent hotel but entertainment team needs to be reviewed!”

Decent hotel! You get what you pay for so don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean, staff are welcoming ( although not all but only 1 or 2 weren’t). Does need a bit of a refurb, especially anything to do with aircon as the one in our room (151) let out a bad smell ( sewage like) when on full power! … more

Decent hotel! You get what you pay for so don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean, staff are welcoming ( although not all but only 1 or 2 weren’t). Does need a bit of a refurb, especially anything to do with aircon as the one in our room (151) let out a bad smell ( sewage like) when on full power! Food was very good for a 3 ⭐ hotel. Entertainment wise, Leo was amazing! The best and most definitely the one who made our days full of fun and laughter ( to a point the whole clientele realised he wasn’t in on his day off) . From how polite he was to how friendly and caring… honestly the highlight of our holiday ( adults and kids in agreement)! Sadly, the same cannot be said about Gigi! No friendliness, clearly had the people she wanted to entertain and talk to, not one smile with us or our kids ( as a matter of fact, dirty looks at every opportunity especially on her lunch break in the restaurant). Definitely not the best choice made by management when picking her to entertain families. In regards to Mario and Dali, I haven’t got as much that much negative points to raise but a lot of work needs to be done on how they interact with others! Lifeguards were on point! Excellent at their job especially Ayoub and Ibrahim who miss nothing when it comes to safety.
